We do love our Captain Joong! Not only did he come into this full of talent and a drive to succeed, but I think he's also very good at being inclusive of his members, motivating them (even with threats!), and then bringing them together. Cat wrangling isn't a fun job, and he does it very well. It's funny to me that he's the tiniest member, takes a lot of crap from the youngers, and still manages to keep things together. 8 makes 1 team, and without our Captain, that team wouldn't exist (figuratively and literally!). ateez might be endlessly talented, but in the end i stayed just because of videos like this that show how lovely they are just as people. Hongjoong is really cool bc he is really chill about how he handles everybody, and he's endlessly patient, and you can tell they adore him and if he really needs them to do something they'd step over hot coals do it for him. hongjoong is such a sweetie pie i love him. There's a couple really good, cute videos about him and seonghwa being the "parents" of the other boys. very wholesome if you need a pick me up

Hongjoong was my first bias of the group and he's still in my bias line today along with San and Mingi. He's just such a special person and he's got a huge heart. You can tell he loves his members so much and leaders like that are truly the best type of leader.

Bro, he is the parents with seonghwa😭 they both raise them all together but mostly it's seonghwa who smiles through the pain i guess lol since "dad" hongjoong mostly at the studio and "mom" seonghwa is the one who is with them at the dorm. There are vid of seonghwa hongjoong being parents i guess i forgot but i love this family and friendship😭😭

Wooyoung is the problem child that goes to mom whenever his siblings are being mean and dad gets mad. No wonder him and Changbin get along and no wonder Chan and Hongjoong get along cuz they both have to raise demons. The kids acting up is just how they show their live for the leader.
