That guy in suit just wanna talk trash KjK without understand a single thing about boxing, KJK and Jang Hyuk always joke who's a better fighter because theyre close friend, but that guy even kept mentionin KJk to this Ahn guy who won amateur gold on other episode too, 1. KJK own a pro license, 2. That chief trainer kjk mentioned he usually sparred with was a former world champ. 3. kjk might not as technically good and fast as Ahn but there's reason why there re weight classes in boxing.

For those who don’t know they are very close better known as the dragon brothers, this was just banter however they both have done Taekwando with Jang also doing Jeet Kun Do BUT KJK done Boxing along with been a street fighter and for those who think he has no stamina your judging by looks. In a ring I would give the edge to Jang but in a street fight KJK without a doubt

@Odoreater hello amateur do you know that if his scoliosis was in a severe state he wouldn't be able to walk properly he is extremely fit probably 10 times fitter than you you shouldn't act as if you know something about fighting when you can't think properly get your head checked out and one more thing they are in different weight wight class and jong kook taller its a fight not medical test

Honest opinion on the fight and who would win, JK has very high endurance and stamina, great skills on grappling, first hand experience of street fights, Hyuk is very agile and fast, has amazing skills in punching and kicking, I don't think he is very good on ground. If let's say it would be a boxing match, JK has punching power thanks to his weightlifting for the past 2 decades, great endurance and stamina, he would last until the last round and still throw good punches, as for Hyuk he is very fast and would only stand a chance if he uses out boxing, because he can't face JK face to face. If Hyuk plays smartly, he would certainly win. If this was MMA though, JK would win 100%. This is all considering if their injury history was cleared and they're healthy.

If they're both the same size Jang Hyuk wins hands down. Jongkook is bigger which means he stronger but Jang Hyuk has better technique and skill in fighting and could probably knock him out quickly instead of a long intense fight.

They keep the movement tight and brief because during a real fight, the anxiety and the tension cause boxers to swing wide which will leave you vulnerable to the opponent and u will be likely to miss the opponent. By keeping the forms and punches tight, your body is ready to throw compact and accurate punches and maintain your flow in the ring.

These guys are hilarious ..really funny^^...but as someone who trained in mma(amateur).. id say jang hyuk would win a kickboxing match against joongkook.. skill over talent all day... muscle/size doesnt always guarantee a win.. janghyuk is just too skilled and hes got that look ...the look i always see on guys who spar A LOT and go allout mercilessly to win..

he just not a man made by gym but he is hella athletic dude and could easily chosen a professional athlete back then....KJK didnt mentioned here but in old show, he said he has a pro-license in boxing..the chief trainer he mentioned here was a former world boxing champion..

jang hyuk cant box, and jong kook is wrong about the natural fighter thing beating some1 that trains hard and puts effort. jong kook is apparently a Korean-style rope wrestling champ, so thats his saving grace but ive seen him sparring tho, you can tell jong kook doesnt train regularly.
