Nah kourt and Scott were the ones who kept the showing going all early seasons and without her sisters nobody wouldve kept watching a show just about Kim

Jason Momoa has always had a similar dressing style as Johnny Depp. It’s not him “dressing as Johnny” to taunt her🙄 and you have to ask yourself, why would Jason do that? Maybe the world isn’t out to get Amber, but she’s out to get everyone that crosses her path because she has serious issues and needs help.

Coming from a hairstylist that became a hairstylist BECAUSE of the haircut traumas. Stylists have NO excuse as to why they cut more than what the client asks because our combs have a built in ruler to tell us EXACTLY how much we’re cutting. A standard comb is 7 inches so we know exactly where to stop. Some stylists just do what they want and give us all a bad rep unfortunately.

Idk about Kourt never being the main character of the show. Her relationship was a huge part of the show in the past. Kims relationships were never really big parts like Kourtney and Scotts were. And what Kim did show, definitely wasnt bad or dramatic like what Kourt and Scotts showed. Kim only showed the good things i think.

I disagree with the whole take away from the Kardashian part. Even if Kim/Kris are the reasons why they are where they are doesn’t make it okay to treat her the way they do and making it seem like that is okay is wrong too.

I’m going to have to also disagree, their dad being on the OJ case is what put them in the Hollywood scene. Kim’s tape might have blown their image up but even without that the whole family would likely continue to be very well educated and wealthy. Kourtney and Scott also brought in A TON of views for the show. The show is a family show not the Kim show, meaning they all bring their own fan base. Lastly, to say because Kim is popular they owe her gratitude is far fetch. We have no idea what goes on behind closed doors. Kourtney simply wants her own like and isn’t a fan of hustle culture. That shouldn’t be shameful.

Team Kourt 🩷 KUWTK would have not lasted this long without her relationship storyline. They need to run her a bigger check imo

Hairstylist here! No cosmetologist should cut off more than their client has requested. If they have very damaged and crusty ends and they don’t want to cut it all off just let them know the reality of what that’ll look like and how that will affect their hair. Also, there are hairdressers who get scissor happy. I’m not one of them. I’ve been traumatized time after time with scissors happy stylists lbs. I believe you should get what you are asking for to the best of their ability and based off what your hair can handle with its history. A consultation is very important so everyone can get on the same page! After all that if it still goes south they are not the stylist for you!

Y’all can love Kim and all that but don’t be biased. Let’s not forget all the WERK kourtney put into making that show in the very beginning w all her on and off drama w Scott, all her pregnancies, dealing w Scotts rehab, crying in front of cameras and playing a big storyline for YEARS! If she’s tired and doesn’t want to do it anymore than she can be done. (I’m no kardashian fan either) the real tea is this is all kim has since she can’t get a man for a story. talk about how the only thing keeping ms Kimberly relevant rn is her feud w kourtney and not her countless failed attempts at allegedly finding a new bf (Odell Beckham jr, Tom Brady, etc)

To me its weird that Kourtney would date and marry someone that was interested in her sister and probably still is.

Kourtney doesnt need the kardashians anymore because she is married to a world renowned superstar so she sees her family as her past... which is what Kim wanted to do but couldnt with Kanye... and now is reliant on the reality show again. So no... kim is not the 'winner' she is upset because Kourtney got what she wanted all along.

When it comes to the Kardashians I can’t watch this podcast lol because Kim could do the worst and they’ll make an excuse for her 😂 other than that love the podcast ! Lol

I personally don’t think any of the sisters owe Kim anything. Kim does everything for Kim everything else is just extra

In the last couple of years they’ve said everything from they don’t create an unobtainable body image because they get up and do the work for their bodies. They don’t give any credit to the private chefs, trainers, surgeons and so on that help them get and maintain those bodies. Kim also said women need to get off their ass and do the work. Kendall has said they are very selective in the shows she walks & she doesn’t do 40 or whatever the fuck number of shoes thise other girls do. You really can’t get more entitled and dismissive of your fans then that. When people tell you who they are, believe them. They don’t respect anyone.

Damn y’all are going in on kourtney. I think kourt is just protecting her peace she seems genuinely happy in her new life and it’s sad the family can’t come together and join the two family’s in a better way. Instead they’re team Tristan 🙄

As a hairstylist there’s no reason a gray root coverage and end gloss cut and style should take 5 hours 2-3 MAX

I haven’t ever watched the kardashians and avoid them at all costs BUT I will say, I disagree with your take. I feel like because Kourtney has experienced fame, she knows she doesn’t want it. Most famous people would rather not be famous and yeah she continues to sign on for the show but probably for income and less for fame. Fame is just a byproduct.

Kinda long story short thing but.....A similar thing happened to my husband and I with vacation, we worked so hard after his cancer treatment to save up to go to disney when we could finally get back to work, then one week before our vacation we had to cancel due to my job being furloughed so we needed that money we saved and to add disney didnt refund us $375 despite us buying travel protection they said we disnt qualify for refund becuase i hadnt been at my job for over a year, yes cus i couldnt work while my husband was sick and had finally been able to get a job 7months ago and now one month since then my husband is likley neededing another surgery for his treatment, im with out a job, out $2.5k that was supposed to be for our vacation to celebrate my husbands cancer treatment milestone 😅😬🙃 Thank you for listening!! I neeed to let it out 😂 Lol no but really please pray for us 🙏💗

when you have your hair done regularly, it doesn’t take 5 hours- unless you’re doing extensions. About ten years ago my hairstylist moved to a different city so i just stopped getting my hair done. When i finally found someone, my appointment took 7 hours! because she had to undo all the damage i’d done. Now i go every week, because I refuse to wash my own hair, and it’s quick.

Girllll 5 hours!!! That’s insane!! I’d have you in and out in 2 hours max. I want my client return retention so I definitely want to give my clients their dream hair experience. So if they want 2 inches, 2 inches it is. I always also ask where they would like to see their hair length lay. Client consultation is key!!

Hairstylist here! Cutting hair dry is the best way in my opinion because it’s more accurate because it lays way better than when it’s wet! When a client says they want a certain amount off I show them what I’m about to cut instead of just taking their word for it because sometimes they say 4 inches and they actually mean 2 inches so it’s best just to show them what you are cutting first!

I used to have hair down to my waist until I was given a “chemical cut” and ultimately ended up losing close to 10 inches of hair. And I cried for days.

As I licensed cosmetologist I always make sure they tell me how much they want off And show them how much that amount is. I’ve had a lot of requests for dry cuts and I don’t mind them but some people refuse to do them.

Hairstylist here! The combs we use are a ruler, and we go based off of the measurements on the comb which are not the same as a standard ruler. Also, the back usually grows faster than the front so you end up taking a lot more off to even the hair out!

That breaks my heart about your terrible experiences at the salon. I’ve been a hairstylist for 20 years. Trust is so important between the stylist and guest in the chair. I’ve had long hair for most of my career and I always take off less than the girlies ask because I know the attachment to long hair! Hairstylists like you described give us good ones a bad name. They just gotta get off their high horse and stop thinking their opinion of your hair is more important than what you want. Love you guys!

Hairstylist here 👋🏼 Commenting on the first part of this video: most hairstylist that are not well educated or have practiced their skill sets the way that they're supposed to end up cutting one side longer than the other and when that happens hairdressers tend to continue cutting until it's even and don't realize that they've chopped off 8 inches off the clients hair 😅

I’m a hair stylist and I cut 90% of my hair cuts dry!!! It totally helps to avoid cutting to much and see exactly where the hair will lay😊💕

I get my hair cut dry because my best friend does my hair (we went to hair school together) and I only like getting 1 inch off. It definitely helps to take less hair off when dry cutting - it is harder to do it dry to blend it well and easier to f it up! Most stylists are taught to cut hair that is soaking wet

I definitely can relate to Laura about going to the salon. I have long thick hair and when it's time for color I know I'll be spending half the day at the salon. I will put it off as long as I can, but once it's finished I be feeling like a new woman 😂

As a hairstylist,💇‍♀ this is NOT how it is behind my chair LOLL!! We have our inches on our Combs!!! Its literally a ruler, all cutting combs have inches!! If there aren't inches then its not a cutting comb!! My main priority as a stylist is to make sure I am ENHANCING or working off of what the client naturally has. (Just like makeup can be perceived) We work towards our dream hair goal over here!!!!!! ✨✨✨✨💖💖💖

No shade but y'all have the Amber Heard thing totally ass backwards, this information didn't come out in a statement she made, she submitted her therapist's notes during the trial as evidence that she had been discussing her abuse for years as it was happening, and the Jason Momoa notes were submitted as evidence of her ongoing PTSD (so she wasn't trying to accuse him of anything publicly or say that he actually "dressed up" like Johnny Depp to bother her, she told her therapist that him being drunk on set and having a similar fashion style to Johnny triggered her PTSD). Because of the Freedom of Information Act, people can purchase copies of any evidence submitted to a court, and these therapist notes were recently purchased and published online, hence it making the news now. But the information itself just came from a conversation that she had in private with her mental health caregiver and it only became public because A. she was sued for defamation and the truth (which at least according to her/the evidence she submitted is that she was actually abused) is an absolute defense to defamation and because B. people are still buying the evidence submissions in an effort to find more "news" to squeeze out of that shitshow.

Couldn’t agree more about the haircut thing for women !! I’ve always had longer hair HOWEVER over the years I have learned that because my hair is so fine and so thin … that I need a very specific style of layering that not only gives my hair more body but it gives it a more polished style when I leave my hair down and blow it out … plus I live for a sideswept bang but longer wispy ones!! Lol and I’ve gotten very expensive haircuts that gave me nowhere near what I was used to because I’d grown up having a friend who was a celebrity level stylist and she made me fall in love with that style of cut because when she did it … it made me look like I had so much more hair than I actually did and the way it fell around my face was so flattering!!! Then I moved away and realized quickly that not all hair dressers are on the same level !!! Even when I try a new stylist who charges a lot … I assume it will be worth it. But then I still don’t get what I want and they cut off too much and give me basic layers even tho I go in detail about my hair type and what I want ect … luckily I’ve atleast figured out doing my color and other stuff myself as to not go broke trying to live my hot girl fantasies hhhahahh love u guys

As a stylist combs have in markers on them! I always use them. Also I only cut what you ask because it’s not my hair. If you ever wanna come to Indiana lol

I want you guys to keep talking about DWTS. I’ve been obsessed the last couple seasons and this one is really good so far. Jason Mraz is my fave so far, also a big Daniella fan. Love that Ariana is paired with her husband too and doing so good. 😊❤

I’ve been a hair stylist for over 10 years and ur supposed to use it comb to measure the inches out, most combs have a ruler on them. But also to even put the base layer sometimes you have to cut more to make a straight line. And layers have to be blended so that ends up cutting more of a longer length off the top than the bottom To create the layers. But butchering and not listening to a client is not a technique it’s negligence lol ongoing training and communication is key! ❤
