Those plays are nite-n-day different. The Iowa player extended both arms into Reese who did contact her with little force with her elbow. In the other play, the Iowa player forcefully cleared out the lsu defender with her elbow before scoring the shot.

LSU did two flops that were absolutely awesome. In each case, on second view, the Iowa person didn't even make contact (or made minimal contact). But, in both cases, it looked like Iowa had slammed LSU to the ground. The referees bought into it both times.

LSU's 2 best players were on the bench for most of the second quarter. Iowa did not capitalize on that, the officials did not lose that game for them.

All the Iowa fans or people saying this game was rigged because of the officiating....investigate why Iowa played NO defense whatsoever. The game wasn't rigged, bad calls went both ways, they were one dimensional on offense and didn't play defense for most of the game.

MISS CLARK WAS SO DISMISSIVE OF HER OPPONENTS. SHE JUST WATCH THEM SHOOT. LSU OBLIGE HER ARROGANTS, PUTTING SHOTS UP IN FRONT OF HER TIME AND TIME AGAIN. SHE PLAYED NO DEFENSE, INCLUDING MOST OF HER TEAM.

@@TenaciousStudent Reese and Morris were on the bench most if not all of the 2nd quarter, and the LSU bench extended the lead. Iowa lost that game in the 2nd quarter with all of thier starters on the floor except for maybe one.

Glad someone else saw that, I was thinking I was crazy. She did that the whole game. Lobo and that dude . Y'all were horrible announcing this game!!!!! Her elbows were all high elbows. That was on purpose. She big and slow so she do that to separate from opponents. She's been dirty like that!!!!!

I AGREE, I WOULD NOT HAVE CALL THAT A FOUL. BUT THE OTHER ELBOWING INCIDENTS THROUGH OUT THE GAME SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED. SHE DID FOUL OUT THE GAME LATE. BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FAR SOONER.

More contact than the previous, but still, defense is glued to the opponent and contact will occour, its a normal play down in the paint, no need for intentional or D . . .just a push will do! Too much sideline show, does not help the game!

There were elbows flying both ways the referee’s did bad job both ways, taunting was going on both ways both coach’s could have done a better job controlling some of this. Angel Reese has been on many teams and had many problems time to let it go and enjoy your moment in time you are ruining it!

@@Joe_Okey they disproportionately affected Iowa way worse to LSU’s benefit. Hence why Iowa’s 3 leading offensive weapons made up 14 of their 19 fouls. 1 LSU player had 3. Credit Carson for shooting lights out, but outside of that the refs were big for LSU. Yes, both teams had bs calls, but Iowa had more called against them and more that didn’t get called. Acting and flopping are ruining this game. It’s well on its way to being as pathetic as Soccer.

I agree with you! Momentum in a game like this is everything and when IOWA started to make a comeback and build momentum, the refs ruined it by all of their bias calls against IOWA! The Technical called on CC during a timeout was proof of this as well as other flagrantly bias calls against IOWA! In this day and age however with all the DEI crap, this is now come to be expected!
