i think its her best album , but she did not promot it well , she should have opened with " cant get enough " followed by " i cant say goodbye" , instead she released the really not very nice songs " its here" and " time" , comparing to " vogue" or " better the devil you know" at that time which were dynamic hits. and one of her hits which i like alot in this album is " love, send him back"...
Kim basically felt she'd hit a wall, both artistically and personally. Ricky and she put a lot into Love Moves, and to see it not fare commercial-wise as well as Close did was massively disappointing for Kim. Right about that time, depression just kicked in and overwhelmed he. She was, in her own words, overeating and drinking a lot of wine. Moving into a then-recently converted barn, her current home, and basically being left on her own in that massive, empty house after her 30th birthday party was the tipping point.
