What it means, in reality, is that we whites have to be all inclusive towards every race, colour and creed, even having to implement targets to ensure we are. On the other hand, we also have accept all the minorities can have organisations, awards etc unique to themselves from which we whites are excluded, without a word of complaint or objection from us being heard.

I certainly don't take into consideration what colour the cast is when deciding whether to attend a performance, if tickets are selling and people enjoy it there's no problem. Surely the whole point is to cast the most appropriate actor for a role and not a box tick and now it's got so bad that if you change your appearance to suit a character's ethnicity you are accused of cultural misappropriation

It's hard for wokes to grasp this, but let's have another go. Part of having a diverse multicultural society, is appreciating that for perfectly reasonable reasons, unrelated to racism, people from different cultural heritages may be interested in different things. It doesn't mean anyone is being excluded, just that it may not be everyone's cup of tea. You need to be aware of this before you come out swinging around accusations of racism.
