Did you order from us? If you ordered it with the designs, the designs are emailed to you from Kimberbell direct. Unfortunately we are not allowed to mail the designs on a stick.
@@Tammy-ux2gc you will still have the same issue with us. Kimberbell insists that the retailer provide your email to them for the design and then Kimberbell sends you an email. Make sure the retailer you ordered from has the email linked to your Kimberbell account.
