When it comes to this kind of machine, it's not even worth discussing the price. Limited units, probably all sold out and it's not exactly a mainstream consumer vehicle
It's rare for me to say "wow" when I see a new car for the first time. This is one of those cars. Easily one of the most striking, beautiful cars I've seen.
@@samueljones3668 Tf do you mean by that? Liking a restomod is being a poser I guess? You all are so weird. Just let people enjoy the stuff they like. You are probably one of those old a$$holes who loves to gatekeep old stuff.
Modern designers cant make cars that look like this anymore because of safety laws. Simple as that. Even these cars have a donor chassis w the original vin
The 037 was famous for not just winning Group B with the Lancia Team, but it was also the first and last RWD drive car to beat an AWD car in rally as well, since Lancia was up against Audi and the Quatro.
This youtube channel HAS to be seen on a 80” 4KTV home theater system. Your dream team of a production team is extremely technically adept. The camera work is just phenomenal. The SOUND capture of your sound guy is an absolute PROFESSIONAL. How is this small team pumping out INSANE quality content like this?! My ears, eyes, and brain are all fully ENTERTAINED! FRIGGIN BRAVO. What a masterpiece of a video!!!!!! You guys did this utterly piece of art and prestige machinery of a car absolute justice! THANK YOU TH Team for sharing this car to us; and doing it in such a beautiful way!
Watching this right after Doug's Singer video and I am absolutely floored by the level of automotive excellence that is possible, when big name brands are giving way to soulless gimmicks and this level of precision and raw emotion is available, it's dumbfounding.
Thanks, I didn't know about this car and wow, that looks stunning too. Do the modern retro designs look extra sexy because we are from a different era? The Hyundai N Vision 74 made me similarly happy to look at a car. I miss those shapes :(
Henry Catchpole reviewed this for Hagerty and he seemed as thoroughly impressed as you two. While I'll never pay this much money for a car, I can appreciate the basics+ approach that they took.
@@poplaurentiu4148 got to see one of these and multiple singers in real life, one has to admit that singer has a league of its own when it comes to fit and finish and overall quality. although one should consider that kimera is a very young company, so their quality will probably improve with time.
This video is a car enthusiast's dream come true-unmatched production value, in-depth knowledge, and a car that's practically a work of art. You guys have set a new standard for automotive content! 🌟
I was fortunate enough to see one of these in person at Pebble Beach, they look even better in the metal. For me, this is one of those poster cars that go onto my list of things to buy if I win the lottery. Great review!
First of all, amazing quality content as always gentlemen! You guys are my go to when it comes to car content. And secondly, my god is this thing beautiful! In the words of Jeremy Clarkson: "I have a soft spot for all Lancias, but in this (O47) its not soft". One cannot fathom how amazing this car is. The price though...
What an absolutely beautiful car! Loved it in both colors too and I don’t care for green. You guys are definitely blessed with the machines you have driven and I must say you and your team absolutely deserve it.
I saw a review of the EV037 buy the manufacturer a while ago, I believe it was, and I was blown away. It's awesome that you boys got the opportunity to share it with us. I love that car!
You guys are doing such a great job. The editing, the script, the shots and music... you guys are basically the modern day top gear and I really hope you guys keep growing and become a Canadian success story
The best AND most fitting intro you geniuses have ever made, coming from mid 2024. I actually thank God for people like you, you give me as an sufferer of CFS/ME and someone mostly bound to a wheelchair if able to travel some relief from the daily grind and pain of not getting done what you should as a 50 year old male. I have nothing but gratitude to you two for all the pain relief your content has given ME. Know you matters to people like me who though in constant pain, live with even worse pain knowing you can't do what you "should". All I can say is God bless you and lots of love from Norway.
Last April I saw 1 of the 37 Kimeras Evo37 that there are, and it was the only one that exists in Spain, and I have to say that it is beautiful in person and sounds really spectacular, like a racing car. The definition of a true drivers car.
Only as far as the intro, I saw this car in a Henry Catchpole video (watching this because I love these guys) and I think I would be staring too because this car is stunning.
Man, the filmography on this has just about reached top gear levels, and I'm not saying that lightly. You guys are, truly, the best youtube car channel. I can tell because I watch almost all of them, or at least the ones above 150000 subscribers. It's not even close, there is nothing that comes near your presentation, humor, knowledge, filmography, production value, likeability,... Nothing. Even channels with 5 times the subscribers do not produce the quality you guys produce. You really need your own TV show, though that could also ruin the format because you would have to answer to a media company. Please keep going, I'll keep watching your episodes religiously. Sidenote, for those that don't yet know: there's also an "extra throttle house" channel. Go subscribe, it's worth it
@@asifnoaman8978 Better than the new top gear, without a single doubt, by a huge margin. Better than the Jeremy, Richard and James top gear....those are mighty, mighty big shoes to fill. I'll go so far as to say that in some ways they are better, but better in general is a comparison I'm going to leave on the table
Wow. Literally every angle you have shown of this car is stunning. The level of attention to detail in every one of those angles is equally stunning. What an amazing machine. 👍🏻😎👍🏻
I have been following these coach builders for a ping time and I'm so glad to see you guys do content on this car. It's truly incredible. And you guys put it together so well I couldn't be happier. Thank you. Sincerely
Production levels are off the charts! The video/editing is perfection. The blending of the old footage into your driving footage was brilliant. I really enjoy your videos, as well as watching your subscriptions climb. I got on board when you were at 1.86MIL. It is just growing beyond words
It's a thing of beauty, top shelf material alongside Singer 911s and the Stratos. I always loved the look of the Beta Montecarlo and the 037 just took that to another level, as well as providing the performance its road going sibling lacked.
I always loved the Lancia 037 B and the way it looked and now I'm falling in love all over again. There are a lot of cars I respect, but this is one of the few I truly desire and would want in my perfect car garage. Now if only I could afford it...
Another car that is just the personification of perfection from the visual perspective and the experience I feel while watching your video. I have a 65 inch 4K TV with Bose sound, and your video takes the experience to a whole new level. I think there is a certain level where cars become pure art… Thank you.
Hey Guys. I thought I’d let you know I’m currently in Europe and struck up a wagon vs SUV conversation with some Aussies and a few Dutch. It morphed into “those Throttle House guys you have are deadly!”. Global appreciation.. well done! …and thanks for another entertaining video!
ive been following them for a bit now so i was suprised when i saw your reel on insta with this car lol, i absolutely love it in the green, its just simply beautiful
I remember the preview of this round about a year ago. Still stunning and even more refined. By the by, the 'ram eagle lion' is based on the Chimera mythological creature (now the company name should make more sense if it wasn't as obvious before).
This and the GMA T50 are the only current supercars that have that "I want this" factor for me. I have a Lancia Scorpion, which shares, oh, two panels and some floor with this thing, and even that is a ton of fun.
This is for someone who has the means and wants pure driving enjoyment, not a status symbol. This is not the kind of car that shows up in rap videos. Fully agree with you that this is what I think I'd want if I had the means to purchase one.
You guys really out did yourselves on this production! Amazing car and it gives me the old Scirocco vibes which I like a lot! Love the combo supercharger and turbocharger! This is probably the coolest (not intended because of the A/C)? car you've ever reviewed! I wouldn't opt for the donor badge though. Also, don't know about the door opener. Both colors were awesome!
Great work guys! While it still had the TH style the production value was definitely a step up, aka OG Top Gear vibes for sure. This is why you guys truely are the best in the business these days.
*Jaw hit the floor* what a gorgeous machine! It is soooooo freaking cool!! Yes it's a little over the top in styling but it's also about as elegant as an Italian gentleman in a handmade suit. What car has widened wheel arches like that and somehow it looks like they are not added afterwards? The mix of straight and curvy, the stance, the paint vs carbon, the proportions, the detailing in the engine bay, the 3d striped interior padding... it's freaking awesome!!!
This car is just so desirable. The Martini version of is just the best looking car on the market today. What a beauty. Kimera is doing what Lancia lacks: building great cars. They are build quite close to my home, so something to be proud of.
The main reason why I still have my first car. Nothing beats the raw engagement of an actual drivers car. I was able to enjoy driving her alot more during those early days. Nowadays though, with so much traffic everywhere, it's only taken out on sunny days on a low volume traffic weekend. 🙂 Kudos to Kimera for offering some variety to the landscape. 👍😎
the script writing, the camera work, the editing and of course the presentation... oh my goodness you Canadians boys make us proud! i believe you have outdone the OG top gear!
I wonder what this would look like with a slightly smaller wheel but thicker tire profile. Regardless, I love seeing these restomod cars with so much thought and detail involved in them.
Don't get me wrong, this car looks absolutely brilliant and gorgeous. However, I'm just so happy whenever y'all put out a new video. You guys are awesome, and I don't even care what you are reviewing. Congrats on a fantastic video as always!
Wow, that was ph*king awesome!! Thomas and James you are two very LUCKY guys to have had a chance to drive/experience that homage to Lancia rally racing!! I know what I'm going to be looking for when I win the lottery, LOL!!
This is THE car I would buy if I suddenly had $1M in money to spend on a car. Been my #1 for a year or two now, and somehow just realized you guys did a proper review of it. ❤
I Had the pleasure to meet Luka at salon prev uk launch of this car a true gentleman and dedicated to perfection of car building hats off to the team that developed and built this car it s amazing and tribute to the italian car industry well done Luka
Was just at a show here in fort Wayne Indiana and apparently there are only two of these in the US and one of them was at the show the other car is at their warehouse a few hours away. Was my favorite car there and glad to learn some stuff of it, beautiful car
