The police have decided only to make small enquiries into the cases after perpetrators die, Edward Heath, Leon Britton, Sir Peter Hayman, Jimmi Saville etc. Or even Lord Janner had 22 sex offences against him, but police say he was not well enough to stand trial.

The police also said about Elm Guest House, it may have happened - it may not.

Ironically the children in orphanages, not just in Northern Ireland, UK but globally suffered until late 70's. This man was not the only undercover Officer who made his strong feelings about Kincora known. His fellow officer wasn't believed either, just as until recently the abuse suffered in Mother and Baby homes was not believed, whose children were literally sold out. Some of those children have found their Mother but with enormous difficulty despite many travelling from US to their place of birth to be told no records exist. A lady in Village where I live told me around 1981 or before she fell in love with a local man, her Father would not permit marriage. By the time both sets of parents passed, they were in their middle age and continued to meet up still out of site of local people. Neither married. She told me she never loved anyone but him, he couldn't and wouldn't be replaced. She delighted in my pregnancies, her situation made me sad. My Mother made it clear you married who you loved. My 4 boys were always told the same. When you live in a rural area, you do hear rumours, but when confidences are told directly to you, or made known to you by a person who doesn't by that time care who knows, it affects you greatly.
