Zomer: bezoekersmolen, zonsondergangen, verlichte molens - Herfst: mist, regen, onweer en zware storm - Winter: ijs, sneeuw en sneeuwstorm - Lente: dreigende luchten, fris groen, vogelzang, Hollandse luchten, voorjaarsbuien en de Nationale Molendag.
The 19 windmills of Kinderdijk (NL) in four seasons. Summer: the visitorsmill, sunsets and illuminated windmills - Autumn: fog, rain and storm - Winter: snow, ice, snowstorm - Spring: dutch skies, April-showers and National Millday.

Thank you so much for this beautiful video. I was meant to be there today, but due to the ongoing pandemic, my trip from Scotland was completely cancelled. I have found comfort in this video as my Dutch friend and I watched it simultaneously while she told me some bits about it. It is top of my list of places to visit when my trip finally does go ahead :)

Visit Kinderdijk, because during opening hours you can enter the filmed mills. By the way, most of the mills are occupied by families.

24:33 that bird swallowed a pan-flute ! And at 25:05 that bird swallowed an old dial-up internet modem ;-) Tip: zet in de titel/beschrijving het woord Dutch en/of UNESCO World heritage. Op die manier vind de zoekmachine deze film en krijg je meer kijkers/abonnees

I am a graphic designer and musician from Argentina. I was filming some shots at the Kinderdijk Windmills for a folk song I'm going to release, it was a rainy day but I only did one shot of me singing to the camera. I would like to know if I could use part of the shots you shot in the rainy weather. I thought they were brilliant and would look great in the video. thanks greetings. paul ghili.

I was very disappointed with the video due to its 70%contents of music and scenery. The other 30% gave information on how the mills work. I wanted much more information on the history and development , more detailed information presented in a slower delivery on the workings of the mills, different types of mills etc.

Thank you for your response. I understand your point. But it was not my intention to make a documentary. The whole intent was merely to create a non-daily atmospheric impression of the mills and the mill area.
