My first kindle was a keyboard version. I loved having the keyboard and page turn buttons. It’s long since gone, and i now have a Scribe.

How do you like the scribe? Do you use it to annotate or make notes in it?

@@thechellebellelife The scribe is awesome. I do use it for notes and annotation, but mainly just prefer the larger screen for reading. I find it more like reading a book as I can have a larger font, yet don’t need to turn pages so often. I had a paperwhite which was great, but turning the page so frequently was a bit distracting. I always have a backpack with me, so the size and weight isn’t an issue.

Ok I see….I would consider the scribe, I’m sure it’s wonderful! However knowing me, I would never annotate or make notes,so that feature wouldn’t be of use to me lol but perhaps later on I’ll get the oasis, or whatever is new at that time. But you are correct about turning the pages often lol cause I do that more than normal I’m sure cause I use a bigger font. Thanks for all the information.

Hello! The oasis is being discontinued. I'd hang on for the kindle colour. Loved your video. I've got a paperwhite and like you it goes with me everywhere!

Thanks for the video! You can definitely re-register your information to your old Kindle. I had an old Kindle that I sent to my mom and then she decided she didn't want it so I got it back from her and re-registered it. I have a new Kindle now but just wanted to share that you can re-register so your info will not be lost! edited to add: the charger is the USB-c charger (same as the chargers for MacBooks) so if you have any USB0-c charger, you can use it for the Kindle. You can also use the brick from any other device (that's what I do).

I love the RU-vid rabbit hole. It brought me to this wonderful video that made me smile. I can relate to all of the things you said from sentimental value (I had the first version of the Kindle forever) to needing reading glasses🥸 . The 11th Gen has better screen resolution and the back light makes it much easier on the eyes (I only have the 10th Gen, but I believe the screen resolutions are the same). Keep providing these awesome informational and entertaining videos.

I love everything! I finished the silent patient recently, that was good! I read a lot of the young adult and fantasy books. Mystery books too.
