Regardless of everything, King clearly isn't a regular human. A slingshot with the power to hold a truck launched him with no damage dealt to himself despite the sudden velocity change. I think he actually did land in a net in the manga but he still took no damage except from his own fear. King may not be strong he sure is durable. The only monster that damaged him has also damaged a Saitama in training and also once took a stray hit from S-ranks.

Precisely; the only weakness known so far is to the radiation but even then his influence on reality can indirectly assist in a time shift to a period where he was not dead
