I don’t think so. Charles will not do that because once Charlotte gets married, she will lose her title. The thing is that she can only be given this honour when she gets married. William and Harry got Dukedom upon their marriage. George doesn’t have titles yet. If she got Edinburgh, it will end with her upon her marriage. It will go back to the crown. Edinburgh is a very personal and emotional last name. It is best to give that title when they get married. Charlotte is future princess royal for sure.
