@@NerdAffiliated all good! I’ve got the iconic pose Conan. It’s great, but there’s only so many times you can buy a figure that uses a 15 year old buck. I just can’t see Super7’s business model being sustainable. You get so little for what you pay for. McFarlane is pumping out hyper articulated figs for $20. They’re hit and miss but I’d rather cherry pick from that sort of line. Also, Mythic Legions figures are cheaper than Ultimates, yet superior in every way.
@@Mick-uk5uc big facts!! Today, I almost pulled the trigger on the new Ghost. But then I woke up. $55, preorder that takes forever, with no modern articulation. I love how their figures are so photogenic, but nothing changes.
The other head sculpt so he can get into the throne pose. if you look at the ball peg joints inside the head clearly see that also, the hair is sculpted different. That’s also why that head sculpt is looking upward. You also have to push really hard on the ab crunch to sync it inward so he can get into that throng pose. The sword of Atlantis is really garbage made out of very thin sheet plastic.
🥲I LOVE Conan the Barbarian, but I really am disappointed with this release unfortunately. I wasn't ever going to get the throne at that price, but MAN that's crazy... Great review brother!
I wish they made a King Conan movie in the early or mid 90's. I love the 1st Conan movie and of course Basil's score. King Conan does seem off. The upcoming Conan looks cool but that's a 3D rendering. Thank you for your review Archer.🙂
I’m such a Conan fan that I want the figure & chair BUT.. it’s too expensive for the weak quality. I hope to get it on discount. Think of it as an animated version of King Conan, that kinda works.
Right! I think $75 with the throne would have been ok. But 2 of the same head sculpt, considering it doesn't look like Arnold, is crazy. Thanks for stopping by!
Awful figure for the price. The throne not being included is insulting, and it being another forty dollars is lunacy. Guess they gotta pay for the San Francisco and San Diego locations somehow.
