He was homeless before Laina, living in hotels and with that other girl. Being that Laina and him moved in together and she got pregnant before he even made it official... It's giving he wanted to move in together to raise his chances of getting approved for an apartment. He said himself he had money but couldn't get an apartment... That means his credit was bad lol. Laina girl he got with you to help get an apartment and pay rent. He's shown that he's a user, the way he lived with two women back to back without claiming either until one popped up pregnant.
