Last we saw Aguni, he tanked a bunch of Uzi bullets and carried Niragi into the fire to save Arisu and Usagi. And since we saw Niragi is still alive in episode 2, it’s not really a surprise he survived too😂

It's a heart game and it requires playing with the hearts of the other players & it's about betrayal. It make sense that no one brings their friend & loved ones. Love the reactions btw, keep it up.

you could keep asking people one by one to round it down but that's still a massive gamble. Only way to get a consistent answer is if everyone lies to you or everyone tells the truth, you can't safely narrow anything down that way. Urumi's method about gathering a team is MUCH safer if you just want to survive, because no way in hell you can get away with lying if several people are saying the same person's suit at the same time (they just fucked it up by letting Urumi speak first and steering the group lmao, they should've counted down and done it on cue) they were allowed violence from the start lol, they were just not allowed to kill anyone using weapons or violence. So I suppose you could've tried to poison someone if you had the resources ig Usagi was shown teaching Arisu how to catch rabbits in season 1, they absolutely can, they were just too tired and busy bonding to get it right. Besides, Usagi means rabbit, the fact that the two of them bonded over trying their hardest to do something and having fun despite not getting right is dead on with the themes of the show. It's like Kyuma said, there's no right answer to anything, but so long as you keep searching anyway you can have fun and meet people and that's what really makes it all worth it. That's been the main theme of the show so far

BUT considering that all the players has already known what Hearts game would entail - playing with other player's hearts, betrayal and deception - no one in their right mind would want to enter a Hearts game with a friend. It is so much easier to deceive a stranger and survive the game without a friend by your side. Hence, why no one in that room has a friend with them. Like S01E01 - 7 of Hearts, that would have been a very different game if it wasn't a friend group who went in there. It would have been a true battle royale.

Even if you brought someone who you trusted to the Jack Game you'd still be in trouble because it would be down to your team and Jack's team. You need to prove which one of the two on the other team is Jack but Jack doesn't need to do anything but chill. Who's sanity runs out first is what it would come down to and lets not forget that even the person you think you Trust could be Jack. Mira from the last season ended up being a Gamemaster. So unless you knew that person from the outside world and you were with them the whole time then trust isn't guaranteed.

That is something a lot of people fail to consider, the fact that gamemasters often blend in with other player groups in the first stage, so you can't trust someone even if you joined the Jack of Hearts game together. If you can get it down to the three of you, assuming the two of you trust each other implicitly and think the third person is the Jack, you can win by simply not telling that person his suit. But you can't be sure, so it basically turns into a free-for-all, with the Jack having a 66% chance of winning. This is only in the show, though, since in the manga the Jack has a way of finding his suit on his own (that the show never brought up). The players bypassed this by basically torturing him so badly that he just gave up and lost on purpose, killing himself.

@@GodKnowsWhatIsInHere it is debatable how threatening the first part is in a real world scenario, considering how many players there are. The citizens were still in overseer positions, not following around a handful of randos. Even if you did associate with the Jack before the game, there are so many players that the odds of it being you are tiny, and you should still operate as if you aren't with the Jack. The failure of Kotoko is that she had two people separately tell her the same suit and she didn't consider her partner was lying to her. My plan mirrors Chishiya's, but with a third person for accountability. The number of players are still high enough that 3 is unlikely to have the Jack. Also, the second person should choose the third so they know you aren't the Jack recruiting your own teammate to screw over in the end. You always stay together at all times, and never listen to outside information.

Actually, the jack of hearts in the live action got a lot of loophole in his game. It is easier to beat him here than the manga. Let say, chisiya (whom actually not playing this game in the manga) went with kuina, they went long way before this face card, like literally, there's no gain for them to betray each other. And in the final one, 4 left, with chisiya method of arguing, jack would be cornered with his reasoning for not being jack, nor kuina, as they dont interfere with any other group or interacting. So, jack's partner would be cornered and had no choice to believe chisiya. The manga jack is way more cunning, he didn't even need partner cause he had a monitor that linked to his collar as a fake eye, to add, he even able to hypnotize the girl that fucked by the conman. Manga jack of hearts has no loophole, other than his flaws was seen by the psychopath (his partner) and the narcissist, such his inferior complex and stuff

@@kagenana1033 of course, were referring to the live action here as this is the video we consumed. So, those are very separate entities. As for beating the live action Jack, if I understand you correctly then I would agree. When it gets down to our team versus Jack's team, we still don't need to be overly deceitful. We just need to then individually start asking the opposing team what our suit is, suggesting we're having doubts about who the Jack is and want to cover our bases. We would of course be honest, and if the Jack doesn't take that bait the first couple rounds, maybe then we'd be stuck in that stalemate and have to come up with another strategy.

@@ShadowPhoenix82 and oh, one more thing, there is a cut lines there that works both for live action and manga. The monolog about how to gain trust. Yaba add, "we simply follow the rules. Find someone you can trust", so, if the plan goes stalemate, the group whose not Jack can just simply follow the rule, Jack would not be happy with it and start making play to cover himself, right? And that's where he crumbles. Like Rocklee said, this game is endurance, if you're with a friend, you can win the game, especially if Jack's partner is banda, he already suspicious his partner was jack the moment he approached him. But, I also get where you came from

Aguni took out nigari in season 1 ep8. They both disappeared into the fire at the beach and we didn't see them again. Just assumed they both died.

It is way better explained in the Manga why Niragi survived. As Niragi fell from the roof, he landed in the pool. Thats why the fall didn't kill him and he was not burned to death. The Water put the fire out and left him with terrible burns.

Hearts games are about betrayal, so noone would want to bring their friends with them. Que to Episode 3 of last season where Arisu's friends died to a Hearts game.
