Well, I'm a 58 year old guy from the UK. I have trained in gyms since I was was 14. I can truthfully say that I have never seen anyone so awe inspiring as this guy!! Found his videos by accident and now I'm doing some of his stuff. Great music too. I don't understand the words but they sound great. All the best Steve UK.
These are our powerful brothers OK powerful brothers he speak in his Zulu and that’s what it is South Africa and go ahead my brother speaking to you from America. Let me tell you they wish they could be as powerful because your body is fantastic given by God given by God.
Oh, well! I love him even more!! Speaking his Afrikan tongue, i absolutely love you!! We should normalise speaking our Afrikan Languages in Afrika! Love from Nigeria❤❤❤
What a beautiful accent have been in. South Africa/ Angola/ now I will be in Ghana I feel so in love for the languages of my ancestors; Brazil black diaspora 🇧🇷
I love his exercise.. I try it every morning, I do a total of 100 and only 40 of his style. I understand most of what he is saying despite being from Uganda. Since I am bantu, I try to pick something from every bantu speaking tribe.
I’m frustrated I can’t understand him but I’m a big fan of him at this point I don’t cared . Such amazing coach ! keep doing the good work he is such an inspirational to me . Sending love from USA ❤❤❤❤
@@chon.nk.7550 that’s not what he said, please don’t make our people look dumb, he may be speaking Zulu and living in Africa it doesn’t mean he is stupid and that is definitely not what he said.
People do not know Lakhala. We used to call him Lakhala at UFS. Nkululeko would score more than 8 goals per game. I used to strike with him. I was called phuliqolo. Goal keepers new that we are troublesome. I challenge sundowns or any visionary team to employ Nkululeko as thier strikers coach. He was a deadly and ruthless striker.
Haaaa my brother , amazing how we use to fight about him being so kind and giving specially his time and dedication ❤to people and some, they would never even have ways of saying Siyabonga, but he would say "konke kunesikhathi Sisi wami " 🎉🎉faith, courage, wisdom and dedication were planted and now the results 🎉🎉 God is good 😊 what a good humble man he is focus is good specially on the positive feedback and the negative is a way of showing you are doing something good , special and you are moving 👍
Im a indigenous American and I am so inspired by the squat king. I wish I could understand what he's saying but much respect. I hope go grow my glutes and share his technique here in my Country❤
Yes sis say that for those in the front and back. We ARE Indigenous Americans in the US. I claim my Amer-Indian bloodline and heritage, straight Niiji not African. Even though i respect and love my African brothers and sisters.
I think the translation is: The only prescription you need to everything is squats. Considering BBL? Do squats. Depressed? Do squats. Want to be stronger for soccer? Do squats? Want to catch a honey? Do squats. All of life ills can be resolved through squats. Truth be told. Squats keeps your mindset in the present moment.
@@rufaro003 I doubt if the body is physiologically designed to be stressed that much on the knees😁😁... I would love to see these "gentleman" in their old age 😜😜
Used to attend this mans classes in JHB CBD and now traveling and still using his workouts. As soon as the interviewer turned to him I just hoped he doesn't switch to English knowing how eloquently he speaks ulimi lamaNguni lesiZULU. Absolutely beautiful and I wish the whole of south Africa speaks their own tongue as authentically as he does on TV or wherever. The glorification of English in our own land is outdated, un-African, Un-Ubuntu and brings us nothing except disrespect by others for changing who we are for petty Jobs etc. I am grateful and inspired to see this.
@@Welcometothenow From what I understand. I believe it's because one of the effects of being colonised by the English was the decentralization of who we are. Language being part of that. Everything about us relegated as "Native" classifying it to being beneath what's considered appropriate for one to be respected and elevated through the ranks of society. So it then became normal for people to try and speak English in spaces that seemed corporate or professional. But as you can see that mindset is gradually changing and we as a people we are centralising who we are to be the norm in all spaces.
Great interview. Very interesting way to give back to his community through exercise. Always watching his videos and doing the exercises. He is a national treasure❤❤❤❤
C'est ça la valeur d'un homme. Il faut aimer sa culture même si on mixe, on doit être soi. Le déni accompagne le déracinement et le manque de connexion avec son environnement naturel quotidien. ✊🏾king of squat 🇿🇦
Ooh so this is how people feel trying to follow our Lynn Ngugi as people speak in Kiswahili. Just love this man in action, I don't care that I can't understand what he's saying!
Thanks for.this. interview. It helps me to know that he is a former footballer, which is why the men are doing these workouts to develop certain muscles. 😍
Fan from Kenya. Inspiring and keen to incorporate these in our aerobics sessions in Nairobi, Kenya. Great, Cool and calm responding in Zulu. We cannot understand but we can feel and connect. Well done Dlamini and team. Cheers
This man is blessed. He has showed that is not always about lifting weights, exercise matters most and to the ladies out there thinking of butts surgery, please do his workouts❤
I love this guy's and his videos,am watching every time and again and doing exercises every day.God bless you king squats keep going and keep bringing new things,we love you.
He’s an Power house African Speaking ZULU South Africa he body is powerful that’s your opinion but it’s how GOD made him… POWER POWER You don’t see white men like this not at all I think it’s a blessing and inspiration so what he just got a different type of body. Nothing wrong with that my brother nothing wrong with that my brother.
These guys are amazing! Does anyone know where there’s a full English interview because I would love to know what they’re saying, but I don’t understand them. I don’t speak their language. Thank you so much.🙏🏽😮😂
That's the reason God Almighty tells us to work so that we eat the fruit of our sweat. If you plow in the field, you sweat; if you hoe in the field, you sweat. If you stamp the mielies to make a stamp, you sweat. If you grind mealies, you sweat. This generation looks down upon such activities, yet they are also means to build the body. Nobody easily gets sick if you do your home chores, bo. If you have money, go to the gym. It's expensive but not futile at all.
@@user-jv8wo4ye1f If speaking about exercises your body by other means except going to gymn means that I'm lost, well let it be. All the same, check who is lost between me and you. Misingqondo wena maan. Umhlobo mni, waqinelwa yintloko in smallanyana things!!!
