King's Guard uses his boot as group of tourist Invaded Horse's Personal Space!

What bothers me is now the tourists are seeing how close they can get the horse.

These animals should never be allowed that close to the horse. Why do they have to crowd so close to the horse and guard, where are the MOD AT? Why dose the Guard just sit their and not say a word.i know it is public sidewalk but why can’t they just pick a place on the sidewalk and tell the tourists they can not get past the line and get real close to the Guard and horse. Plus please put up another sign on the other wall saying the same thing DO NOT PET THE HORSE. Incase the tourist don’t understand that these guards and Horses are working, not to entered them. Don’t these children have school?

I'm glad to see tourists keeping a respectful distance while the two Troopers are talking. That much makes a refreshing change.
