Jumping around from board to board might cover the whole tournament but you lose the experience of any of the actual games being played. Why not either film each match sepearately and then do commentary after the game, or have multiple commentators, and then the public can click on whatever game they want to see and just follow that one. But this jumping around from board to board ruins the entire atmosphere of the individual game and just turns it into an academic exercise or worse, a mere report on the games.
