Y’all obviously haven’t been to jail before. He tried to leave the dorm to get to another dorm with his friends but the only way he could do that is by going to PC which he refused so they brought him back to the dorm he was in already. People do it all the time when they try to switch dorms in jail. You have to come up with a crazy excuse to leave or they won’t move you at all.
