I always think of myself when I was little screaming "I'm superman," or "I am the King," or other fun things like that so to me it is kinda corny or cheesy might be the better word😂
@@Renegade77784 Indeed, for me it's a good name ! I'd rather have an edgy / badass design/ability or name mon instead of a "cute" cringy baby mon ! But it's my taste I guess ! Be mindfull I'm not against cute mons, I'm against going back in evolution lines to give them a first stage that no one asked for ! However there are some single stage or 2 stage evolutions lines that have cute mons without the need for a "baby"!
Bisharp was already one of my favourite pokemon, but the evolution is now my favourite of all time. Haven't seen a new pokemon this cool since Garchomp when I was a kid
I agree, but I think even still most would prefer sucker punch since it an end game mon to begin with but bullet punch would be a more reliable check than iron head.
@@lotl6841 no, its when u sacrifice ur other mons to get an advantage with supreme overlord in chess, gambit means to sacrifice with the hope of getting an advantage
I love the story of its evolution chain. It starts out as a foot soldier then you capture and evolve it and it becomes a samurai (would say ronin buuuuut it does serves a master which is you) then it slays 3 other samurai and becomes a shogun.
I loved Bisharp back when BW first came out. He was on my team the whole way through. It never really felt like a final evolution, though. Kingambit completes that nicely.
Bisharp was one of my favs in white, I transferred it with me over the years and I’ll admit it became underutilized. Now that there is kingambit, it’s getting the boost it deserves
@@gracielealves6264 First of all, Steel and Dark, despite being a great type offensively, is weak or neutral to very common ofensive types, such as Ground (2x), Fighting (4x), Fire (2x), Fairy and Bug (Neutral). Also, Kingambit it's a predictable pokemon, a lot because of the limited movepool (Sucker Punch, Iron Head, Kowtow Cleave/Tera Blast and Swords Dance in almost 100% of the cases), and because your Tera Type possibilities are pretty easy to predict (Flying, Ghost and Fairy in like, 90% of the time).
you said a 50% boosted sucker punch would put down a chien-pao but that isnt correct, you need two SD's for that(96-113.2%) , even a tera dark choice band only does 77-90.6% so the only way that kills is if they arent heavy duty and they left rocks on the field for some reason, but a crunch against a tera ghost kingambit will only deal 76.9-91% so you should win that encounter unless the chien uses sucker punch or ice shard but I dont really see them use that as much these days
@i can’t think of a name You got the video wrong. It was why is Blissey better then Chansey, not that Chansey needs heavy duty boots. Blissey can run them and so can Chansey but Evolite is still good for it
