Dried Acanthus is not optional, must be used whenever you suffer a severe injury. Poots' old ruling (or rather, the interpretation of it) has been overruled. Still very good though.

There's a barber surgeon video coming out soon, but the best items are the Scavenger Kit (P. Hide) cause more resources. The First Aid Kit (P. Bone) because it does everything you need and out of the charms the Blue Charm & Red Charm are much better than the green one.
