An alternate late-game Wisdom grinding method (good to use immediately after getting Final Form): So long as you DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE STORY immediately after getting Two Become One and subsequently unlocking the means to get Final Form, the Dark City portion of The World That Never Was will only spawn Shadows, and there are a TON of them that spawn. Proceeding too far into the story of the world will change these spawns to Nobodies, so be aware of that.
My favorite Place for leveling all forms ( not including final form) is in Space paranoids when you take the "Sailing ship" there are spawning a lot of heartless which also leave lots of drive orbs if i remember correctly you even get put out of the form and get a full Drive gauge back after you reach the destination just got back and repeat ( A Plus ist you also get some stuff for smelting/crafting) ( Hope it reads well not native in english :D )
before you complete the world that never was even in the final mix the area before the roxas fight gives out a TON of shadows and with drive converter you can go through and just farm a bunch of drive orbs if you want it to be more fun. but i think it changes after the roxas fight cant remember.
I prefer to farm the mansion in twilight town for Final Form, and just use fire on them, especially if you are doing level 1 critical mode, its much safer.
Well there's probably about 100 out there considering this game is almost 2 decades old. Jared is just desperate to make content because he doesn't want to get a real job.
For leveling up my forms and summons, I used the solar sailer in Space Paranoids. Except Final, I used the mansion in Twilight Town for that. Specifically, starting from the white room.
One quick thing to add, if you want to replenish your MP from a save point without depleting your drive gauge, you can open the save menu the second you step on the save point. Then close the menu and you are instantly replenished instead of waiting for the bar to fill.
At 2:37 For limit form what you could for that is go near the exit of that room and spam sonic blade so that your drive gauge doesn't go down so much because you don't need to hit the mushroom just need to land the finisher of the limit.
I remember before internet or guides... before KH2FM... Standing around the Underworld entrance, doing nothing while the summon gauge slowly ran out. Good times.
I had no idea that Stitch thing was even an option. I just always used Genie on Mushroom No. V to level up my Summon gauge. As for Master, I just always explored worlds full of items and Heartless that drop Drive orbs like Beast's Castle or Land of Dragons. P.S. While using Mickey's House in Timeless River is the best way to level up Wisdom, you can also use the area leading up to Memory's Skyscraper the very first time you visit The World That Never Was. You'll encounter nothing but Shadows that spawn in practically every nook and cranny in the area. And because they're so weak, you can make quick work of them using Wisdom Firaga. Also, if you're playing this game on the PS4 as a part of The Story So Far collection, you can also use Mushroom No. V to get the Corroded by Darkness trophy. Just use the Two Become One Keyblade to trigger Anti-Form again and again, and you'll get the trophy once you've activated the form for the 13th time. Mushroom No. V is basically your best friend in this game.
-For summons, just stay by Pain and Panic in Olympus. Run over and summon a friend to fight in the room, drain the meter and when you need to fill up again, enter the Cerberus cup and exit right out. Rinse and repeat. - For Master, I like to run through the Cave of the Dead entrance and passage after getting the form cuz getting the large drive orbs DRAINS the amount of exp needed before the next level. So Fat Body’s, Morning Star’s and Crimson Jazz’s are gonna be your best friend. Then when the Crimson Jazz’s spawn in the Corridor of Radiant Garden, drill it there. -Valor, well, early on, just have some fun with it, especially in FM when the gauge is waaay easier to fill. But Port Royal is fantastic, especially the Grim Reaper 2nd fight. Because the hits on the cursed enemies being invincible still count to hits landed in Valor! -Wisdom, in Vanilla kh2, honestly, it was the entire city area of TWTNW. All the shadows and neo shadows were spawning a LOOOT. In FM, I just got better at leveling up along the way, the level caps help keep me focused lol. -And Final, oh, get ready. Just start at Twlight’s View. Fight your way to the proof of existence, use that save point to restore the gauge and continue on to the top. Especially in Naught’s Skyway. There’s a decent number of nobodies in a short distance there.
Just wanna throw out an even better method for Wisdom form, but it requires a certain spot in the story. Right when you first visit TWTNW, there are a BUNCH of shadows. Spam that fire and you level extremely fast. This is good because the first room with a save point is an event room so you get your gauge maxed out again when you go back. Leave the world and repeat. I do this for randomjzers all the time and it is soooo efficient. If you've advanced too far in the story tho, timeless river is still amazing.
Not sure if it was kept in(and I could be misremembering) but iirc when you’re fighting the MCP, his reaction command count as hits. Which I believe count towards leveling valor form.
I hope you do a Chain of Memories tips and tricks video too. I'm stuck at the first Repliku fight. He keeps slapping my cheeks and I'm not sure what I can do but back track and lvl up more. I'm lvl 43 but still can't beat him
So for wisdom form I actually go to the world that never was. But this can only be done before u fight Roxas. With so many shadows spawning they r easy to kill while getting lots of exp for wisdom. And if u go back through the portal to twilight town before the drive ends it replenishes it to max and also resetting the spawns. I’ve gotten 3-4 levels in a single run of this before.
Though you can't get max level at this point, leveling up wisdom form right when you get into the world that never was Is great, so many shadows spawn before The Roxas fight
The valor wisdom and limit.I agree with, however, for me, I find that going from one Save point in land of dragons to another is the best way for master. And for final the hallway outside outside the garden of Assemblage
Another way to level up the Master form is to enter the cavern of rememberence and attack the drive spheres or just simply beat up the heartless if you wanna fight them but if im not mistaken, these heartless will respawn if you re enter the room like in bbs so beware.
for Wisdom form I always just used the long area before the skyscraper in TWTNW since it's only occupied by shadows. if you do that when you first get there, there's a few rooms where the party is split up which you can use to revert to normal Sora to restore the drive gauge. I'm not too keen on doing the gambler minigame so I use the Solar Sailer in The Grid to level Master form. those enemies seem to drop plenty of drive orbs
something satisfying about clicking into this video and seeing that every single method I use is what you use. Only difference is I use thunder for the wisdom form grinding, just because that is what I am more comfortable with.
I never knew who to beat the gambler reaction, or that the best way to level summons was against the black mushroom, but I knew it was with stich. The rest I can confirm as I came to those conclusions on my own
It's amazing to me how I didn't know any of these methods and thought that the ones I use would be mentioned somewhere. Great to know! Will have to test and see if they are faster than my old favorites
Ah drive forms, my favorite part of KH2 My favorite way to get full Drive, dont let your form gauge run out, instead run to a save point and leave world, done this hundreds on hundreds of times 😂❤ God i love kingdom hearts i beat 1 2 3 and BBS multiple times a year ❤
My favorite forms: Limit and Final My favorite summons: Chicken little insanely op makes game a cakewalk, stitch for mana Regen, and peter pan for revive 👍

im at about 100 hrs in to 1.5 and 2.5 and got just a couple levels on each form left to do, definitely helps with finding the puzzle pieces, great to see you refresh some info for all the new players from steam. good luck and have fun everyone!
