For anyone wondering, there’s a huge misconception of the zero defense modifier. It doesn’t set your defense to absolute zero, just your base stats from levels. The defense you get from armor and stat boosts are still kept. I’ve farmed 40 defense boosts from synthesizing and with the zero defense modifier turned on, my current defense stat is 54 (this was also with armor on). The same thing is true about the base stats modifier.

Holy shit, i didn't even beat Yozora on standard yet. I'm so scared of the upcoming nightmare lmfao

3 years on since the release of ReMind and this is still the only trophy that has eluded me. Time to change that! I platinumed every KH game before KH3's release and been doing my annual replay of the series this month. Just cleaned up my 100% saves for both KH2 and BBS (I already platinumed them, but they weren't true 100% saves because KH2 I didn't do every gummi mission, I did just enough for the trophies and with BBS I didn't 100% the trinity archives). Just finished the KH2 Gummi missions earlier tonight and got S rank and got every gummi treasure on every single one and actually enjoyed them. BBS Trinity Archives I completed before I did KH2's Gummi missions. Still gotta do a BBS playthrough, 2.8 playthrough, KH3 playthrough (I'm coming for you Pro Codes!) and then to replay Melody of Memory for the second time and 100%/platinum it!

Thanks for this. I followed your tips word for word and just unlocked the risk-taker trophy. I got the A rank officially after defeating Master Xehanort (Only had Xion and Yozora left). My point meter was 366500 points to be precise. Thanks again.

Well I got the trophy earlier. Didn't turn off any of the codes for the main game. For Dark Inferno I turned off No Items so I could use Either, since I used Thundaga to stun him in Phase 3 which is way easier to attack him instead of waiting for an opening. For Re Mind I once again used all of them. Master Xehanort is not that hard, since you get a checkpoint once you're in phase 2. For Limitcut Episode I turned off No Formchange/Grand Magic, No Links and MP Slip. For Xemnas I've also turned off Default Stats so I could skip the 2nd time he does the lasers and deal more damage and for Luxord I changed them up again and only turned of Default Stats and No Cure. I didn't have to do Master Xehanort, Xion or Yozora again. You have plenty of room to get the 369000 points for A Rank.

People complaining KH3 wasnt hard enough? Is it hard enough now for you?

A neat healing tip you could use is using magic with the Grand Chef keyblade. Wizard's Ruse allows you potentially recover HP proportionate to expended MP. It saved me alot in my playthrough.

Thank you for this guide! I just got my trophy and I did not have to fight Xemnas, Xion, Master Xehanort and Yozora. I only turned off No Formchanges & No Items for Data Battles since I only needed those to finish the fights. With this you get a little more than 20k per data battle.

I just got all 530.000 points on fresh start critical. It was hell but SO SATISFYING.

Just a tip do like first couple world bosses with all codes on then you should be able to go through rest of game with at least 3-4 codes off and you’ll get trophy mine popped up after beating Xion

I managed to beat the while game to the data fights with all codes on. Because I knew that I should want as much leeway in the data fights as I could get, and I'd also hate to see a lower grade, and not be able to make up for it.

I'm playing this challenge on critical. This is absurdly difficult and i had make twice platinum on sekiro. Fonally a real hard/ head breaker challenge in KH. Thank god.

Main story Xehanort, Dark Inferno, Data Org, Yozora with all PRO Codes on will give you 395.000 points.

What would you recommend for someone who wishes to platinum this having zero trophy. Should I make a beginner/risk-taker playthrough, then unlock the ez-mode after beating the secret boss? Would it be possible in one playthrough?

did it on crit with just the data battles and yozora (all codes on) was like 90's snes games on steroids but very rewarding feeling. normal crit data battles are like easy mode now.

If someone played KH3 on PC (i don't know if the achievement is also there) the acheivement to achieve the highest rank with pro codes must be done with "all" the pro codes on against all the bosses that make earn points? Cause if possible i wanted to turn off few of them without having to male another save just because i lost some possible points in the main story and with not repeatable bosses, thanks P.S. Xemnas, Young Xehanort and Ansem are still kicking my ass with their stop time-laser cut-Ansem's explosion combo and my soul got out from my body even worse than with Yozora in Critical :V

I'm having a hard time understanding your method cause I wish you showed what restrictions you were using for the end world boss fights. I, myself am planning on going for this trophy eventually but I want to know what codes will give me the most points I need and what codes I can turn off for that playthrough.

I got the trophy by farming for stats boost it makes things soo much easier trust me.

Im playing with everything but the first 2 PRO codes on and i don't have nearly as much points as you do on beginner. Im only playing on standard. Am i still heading the right direction for the trophy? currently just got to Keyblade graveyard

My tip is actually having the abilities fire boost, block replenisher, and Wizards Ruse(through equipment). Has been a massive help in boosting survivability as you can spam fire magic to not just do decent damage but to recover some hp in the process.

Started a run on critical, and after watching this immediately second guessing my choice xD. But i will persevere. Hopefully.

I've managed to get max score for Luxord, 13,750 for each other member besides Marluxia (11,750 because I turned no items off... then never used any, but like hell I'm doing that fight ever again), Xion and Master Xehanort who I have yet to beat. Using the same Pro Codes I've been using, I'm not gonna have enough and I'll HAVE to redo some fights with more restrictions, sooooo now I'm grinding for max stat boosts and... yeah, seems I'm gonna be at it for a while :S

Luckily i did most boss fights without links, so having links off wont matter much, formchanges tho, lol

this game needs boss portals allowing you to re-fight the story bosses (including master xehanort in scala ad caelum)

finally beat yozora and started the grind for this trophy, so far ive beated all bosses till toy story but im stuck on tangled now, im trying to do the main story with all pro codes on because i wanna have an easier time when fighting the data fights again, but it is a big grind to get through

So to get the trophy for the 100% completion. Do we have to start a new game and then choose to go EZ or PRO. or can you pick up where you left off. So I finished the game on lvl 99 with ultima blade. Can I pick up where I left off with that save file and beat some form of super boss to get this trophy? I’m very confused. First kingdom hearts game so not sure of similarities with old games. Can anyone help with this? EDIT: I already have 1 save file that’s lvl 99 on beginner. So I don’t need to start again?? I just need to go into the dlc and beat the organisation 13 once then do it again with EZ codes and PRO codes. Cause I was thinking you had to do the full game all over again with both EZ and PRO codes?

So just to check. The only bosses you can redo are the data fights, right? If so, that can mean you can effectively cheese your way through those fights with minor pro codes and then redo them in case you needed more points correct? Either way, the challenge has been fun so far, but I’m going to get into the harder fights soon.

I finally beat Yozora last night and just completed all the EZ code merits... Now to complete the final trophy to return my 100% Platinum status back onto KH3.... Wish me luck!

Beat the game in proud mode when it first came out, beat it in critical mode to get the oblivion keyblade and now I have to beat it again for a trophy. Yah no thanks

Well, I've done all the main game story bosses with all codes and it wasn't THAT bad (Beginner ofc lmao). I had to take off zero defense on Dark Inferno... Now onto the DLC, hopefully I can go easy on these, as I turned all the codes in story lol. ALSO, BE SURE TO COLLECT THE TREASURE CHESTS AND LUCKY EMBLEMS. The rewards from mini games also help. It is confirmed you DO NOT have to beat yozora in order to get this trophy! You would just need to get enough points you would still need to defeat the data battles. My question is if I just turned off no form changes would I be able to do this?

Standard Difficulty Kingdom Key Only Pro Codes: All except No Battle Items and Hp Slip Choosed Guardian and Vitality I'm at the Caribbean now, so far Sküll was by far the hardest. I've been wondering if I should try this on beginner because I don't wanna be short on points when I get to Yozora. Hopefully grinding to 99, finding all the treasures and emblems will give me enough items with good stats. So far I've gained 62000 points.

I started on crit lv 1 an had almost all codes on every battle during story, you do nice dmg if you equip attack accesories and eat, even at the end of the game (just final boss left)

U can play the main story in beginner mode with all codes on u will die a couple of time but removing the codes would be a nightmare for limit cut episode and when u get to the data fights keep the codes on for luxord he is not that hard but if ur not sure about him u can use items u dont need formchange with him if u did this u wont need to do all the data fights to get the trophy 4 of them with some off codes will get u through

Quick tip for people doing this, the Grand Chef Keyblade gives you Wizard’s Ruse, which has a random chance to heal you very slightly which comes in handy. Sometimes you get a really lucky and almost every cast gives you some HP, and other times you get literally nothing. But it’s still useful to try!

Could you technically have I’m all pro Codes and the EZ code that lets you one shoot bosses and still get trophy?

Curing tip: Wizard's Ruse allows you to heal. Combine that with Damage Syphon or a specific element syphon, and you get breathing room. Or, damage syphon with full mp blast for great turn arounds against the Data Org.

For the Data Battles, I put on everything besides Default Status and No Items, and I get 20,000 per each fight EDIT: and I put ALL codes on for EVERY story boss, Dark Inferno, and for Xehanort (ReMind final boss)

If you are going for this I’d recommend you start a new game on beginner unless you are a masochist

A quick tip regarding abilities from my personal experience: I actually found final blow and risk dodge really useful. Final blow gives you a nice extra damage in your combos (I don't know if it's because it's considered a counterattack and reprisal boost applies, or if it's just the damage that goes with the ability along with the extra hits in the combo, but this is not important really) and I found this while fighting dark inferno, I managed to deal like an extra half hp bar per combo with final blow on (when I was able to counter attack and go into a combo obviously). Since most of the bosses from that point on (limit cut and stuff) are all about blocking and countering, you really wanna have this on, it makes a difference. And then For risk dodge, you actually use it in a lot of data fights so you're gonna need it to punish some attacks. The most important things about abilities is that you're gonna have to constantly check and change them depending on the fight, at least for dark inferno and every limit cut boss. Idk if anyone cared enough to read this, I just thought I'd share my opinion since it was very helpful when I realized :P

I have platted every single KH game. I got all the enemy cards and got Riku to LEVEL 99 in CoM, i played BBS like 7 times and defeated the mysterious figure with Terra. I did all the 51 missions in 0.2, BUT THIS? This is too much...

I had all procodes on for the entire basegame and got the achievement like halfway through the data battles. Kept them on for everyone but xion and xehanort. Had over half on for them. Haven't beat yozora. Hands 475k merit

I'm currently on a playthrough, that's challenging enough, but still enjoyable: - New Game (no Ultima Weapon etc.) - Critical difficulty - Standard play PRO Codes: No Attractions, No Kupo Coins, No Battle Items - Boss PRO codes: All of them I intend to do 100% completion on this file. I started out with Crit. Lv. 1 All PRO Codes, but it's just too hard an simply not enjoyable for me. Got stuck on the timed mob fight in Olympus, where Hercules holds the roof. The setup as it is now provides for a challenging Critical mode and brutal boss fights. But it makes me actually learn them instead of spam magic, so I get much more enjoyment from beating them. Just beat the Shadows in Twilight Town and am excited for things to come.

It's actually way easier and faster to just fight all 15 superbosses (Dark Inferno, Limit Cut, and Yozora) with all pro codes. If you still don't have it, you can fight the final boss with all pro codes. Playing through the entire game isn't a good idea because some bosses like Skoll and Lump of Horror are really painful with pro codes on.
