I theorize that Vanitas is a new "Darkness", bringing the total from six to seven. This is probably what was meant by "seven black pieces" in the stinger about Eraqus revealing a new board game.
@@BaulSDA how is that “too well thought out” when it wouldn’t even make any sense for the very darkness that becomes known as vanitas to be different from the one that took refuge inside of Ven to begin with?
