Aha ! So I'm not the only one who realised there was a very DmC style playin' here... Honestly, if following KH goes in this optic, I can only imagine the ammount of possibilities.
@@sirjazz1268 I've been noticing ever since I played DMC4 SE after I finished III and I was like are they seriously turning KH into Devil May Cry combat gameplay wise
Interesting thing to note: We've never seen any of the other member's of Organization XIII weapons change drastically up until now (I say 'drastically' because by all technically accounts, Luxord's cards grow when he wills them to, and Saix's battleaxe grows glow-y blades when he's pissed). Interesting to see that Xigbar's is the only ones to do this. (for reference: when he shoots that one shot in the air that rains the black bullets down? His guns turn into a big-ol' bow.)
Two gun slinging, quick drawing, wild west lovin, old school gangsters battling it out on a stairway to Heaven through a storm of arrows... FLAWLESS VICTORY.
I fucking prefer watching stuff like this than the speedrun of the data battles. Fire + claws just made it so fucking cheap and boring to watch. I wish stuff like this were the speedrun strats
I think the amount of shots you have to block to get showdown depends on the difficulty. I know I did this fight on proud and got the command twice. Every critical mode vid I've seen has gotten the command once despite blocking more shots than I did.
@@karahibiki7476 If providing context helps, I did the entire first playthrough of ReMIND and Limit Episode on Critical and I can definitely vouch that it is possible to trigger it more than once, and this is from clear memory because I have died to Xigbar countless times. It just so happens that I don't play aggressively - not even as stylishly as the one in the video, so I take a considerable amount of time just playing defense and trying to take him down while not getting hit as much as possible. I'm not saying what you're suggesting is wrong - in fact it might be a possibility since there is no known exact number yet and who knows if it's dependent on difficulty, but I can definitely say that it is possible to trigger it at least more than once even on Critical.
So do you dry run to levels on Crit Mode and eventually turn on No XP to get here or are you just boss enough at the game to get all the stuff without getting level saturated?
Was doing normal crit run last year. but it feel a bit too easy at some point so I put Zero EXP on. Although with Re:mind DLC having Default Stats PRO code. it's better to play normally with that on but Zero EXP off cause it's basically level 1 but have more abilities to play around with.
