Damn bruh. Starting from kh1 when your 5 makes this series hit different no matter what. This intro is legit homage to that ones intro and I can't help but get chills and shed a tear.
When I first heard this, I had the biggest grin on my face. This is amazing.. I love Kingdom Hearts, and this always pumps me up when I play the II.5 ReMIX.
This was a good game but ya gotta admit there were some difficulty mixed in there I could never make it past Tron or Pinocchio as Sora and never made it past the hunchback of Notre Dame boss
Thinking of you, wherever you are. We pray for our sorrows to end. And hope that our hearts will blend. Now I will step forward to realize this wish. And who knows: Starting a new journey may not be so hard. Or maybe it has already begun. There are many worlds, But they share the same sky One sky, One destiny.
This song and all the worlds you got to play in made me feel like I was living my childhood and listening to the best music while doing it. Can't wait to see if the magic I felt with this game will come back to me when I play the 3rd game!
If Sora gets released to Smash they should use this as his trailer music, maybe Cloud is fighting a bunch of darkness-consumed people like Hero, and Sora jumps out to help from the Door to Darkness, and then his theme plays and at the end of the trailer, they both have a rematch like they promised :)
It's like a scene. After the final battle, they have to do something to restore the world. And one heroine decide to do a sacrifice, but her sister said she can't do it, she might die. And her sister said it will be okay, as long I'm in your heart. And they hug (0:21) and they said they love each other. And she look at those heroes like a friend and family to her. And she fly up and his boyfriend comfort her while he's looking up. And all the heroes look up and she fly towards the sky, and she close her smile with tears and said "goodbye my big sister and family. I'll always love you." When she fade away with light, (1:47) all the spirits from the journey fly around them and one spirit look at them with a smile and said "keep protecting the world." Another spirit put his hat down for a salute and said "thank you for freeing us" and the last one (2:39) a young man look at them and wave goodbye with a smile and he fade away too. When those heroes look up in the sky, they won't forget her sacrifice and friendship to her and all the spirit.
This has to be the best music for any Kingdom hearts game its shame that I can't say the same thing for the game the world ends with you cameo made no sense I also felt like the game dragged on for way too long
@ Daniel Leon it was cancelled due to it apparently being tied into KH3 but they did say they say KH3 won't be the last kingdom hearts so hopefully they will release them on portables. :)
I wanted to do a cover to this opening, but after reading the comments on this video I am not sure which song to sing to this opening. I thought that it should be simple and clean, but I have seen another set of lyrics which I'm unfamiliar with. Could somebody help me figure this out?
Also I noticed that the opening isn't long enough to fit the whole of simple and clean, as the second verse would be cut off. If someone could also link me to a longer version that would fit the whole length of simple and clean that would be amazing and I'd thank you deeply!
I know your comment is 5months old, hope you already found your song to sing the cover on. You can always Remix this version tho, repeat certain parts. This is actually an instrumental version of the Japanese Simple and Clean. That's why the melody is a bit different from the English Simple and Clean.
When I opened the game and heard this song I could only think "This orchestral arrangement is bad!" even though it was already played in the previous games, but it was only for accompaniment. Is there any musician that like me can definitely tell how bad this arrangement is? especially in the part that originally goes "the future doesn't scare me at all"
