Your connection to Kingdom Hearts is surreal. It's always fun to watch people play these game. So much about the development footage looks amazing. I don’t play Kingdom Hearts games, but I’ve come to recognize that it’s a formative series that brought many into gaming. Great seeing the reactions to Sora’s Smash inclusion and now this surprise sequel announcement, and by making their fans feel joy and have more to look forward to that makes me glad too. Thanks for sharing your reaction! I was certainly surprised by the somewhat photorealistic art direction, at least here whether that’s the entire game or certain portions, kind of interesting and I wonder if it’ll be running on Unreal Engine 5, which I hope FF7 Remake part 3 adopts in the future.

I had no idea there was going to be another one! I can't wait!

I'm thinking that since this is Sora in a more realistic setting, maybe they can explore him as a character in a deeper way. give him flaws, make him doubt himself and challenge his world view. that would be so good. but I finally feel like Sora is growing up with me now.

Loving the hype. I believe that the photo realism for KH4 is its next phase for the kh franchise to blend in with the more realistic disney franchises like marvel, star wars, and let's not forget, all the live action disney remakes, Maleficent, Cruella, etc. KH 1-3 cartoon phase.

Been trying think why the heartless are now in Quadratom and the only thing I can think of besides plot I don't know is that I know light and darkness aren't a concept in Quadratom, but since sora is here and his world is all about light and darkness. Even though sora is a good boy, there's still darkness in his heart. I think the heartless are using that darkness as a beacon to get to Quadratom

So I'm thinking the part with Donald and Goofy might be them in the Underworld looking for Auron! Since that's where he is in this universe, and he helped them before in KH2. I obviously don't have any hard evidence for it, but that's what I want to believe haha.

Can someone explain to me who the girl was in the kh4 trailer? Am I suppose to know her?

So i had an interesting theory about Darkside in each game past the first. the first thing you fight is a Darkside or it's nobody variant (as was the case for KH2) the reason for this is because i figured because Sora turned to a Heartless *that* is his heartless self breaking free and this happens when Sora's heart is weakened for what ever reason then when you defeat darkside it goes back into Sora he regain's control but there is a chance that he starts to turn into his heartless form at certain points cause its "leaking" out.
