Kingdom Hearts: Captain Hook Boss Fight (PS3 1080p) 

I kinda love how Corey Burton, the guy who voices Hook, not only does a spot on impression of the guy who played Hook in the actual 1953 movie, but also one of Christopher Lee when he takes over as Ansem the Wise.

It’s hilarious that the last of Maleficent’s Disney villain All-Star team you get to face before going to Hollow Bastion is Captain Hook from all people. He’s just a normal-ass dude aside from having a hook forma hand

I love that, despite Hook's cartoony movements and antics, he is still one hell of a swordsman!! He's adapted to the point where he can fight a flying boy with only one hand while using his own hook as a parrying weapon and he's still considered the best swordsman in Neverland!! That's a freaking achievement!!

Corey Burton is the perfect actor to voice Captain Hook in this video game.

This boss can be cheesed thanks to flight. First, get in the air. Second, wail at Hook while he's in the air, he'll most likely fall into the water. When he's running back toward the ship, he will pause before falling back on. Combo him there and knock him back into the water ad nauseum until he's finished. He became quite trivial once I figured it out.

I always felt that "Deep End" would've been more fitting for the battle with the Captain.

Getting Cura before the fight makes it really easy. It’s still fun, but I don’t think I’ve ever died to it, and I struggled with the Wonderland boss.

4:22 moments like these are the reasons we love this game. They're in character and remind you nostalgically of the movies, but are also new content within an original series that grew on all of us at the right age. Even going back now it just reminds me of a time where I loved all the classic Disney franchises and was getting my beak wet pre-teen years with anime in the form of Final Fantasy lite via Kingdom Hearts. Such an amazing combo that shouldn't work.

The heartless pirates were always my favorite

Fact: After defeating the round of Heartless and obtaining Cura, you can literally "walk out the door" and come back without facing those same Heartless again. Worked in a few other fights in this title only.

Corey Burton is an absolute beast of voice acting. His performance in this game is almost identical to that of Hans Conried. I didn't realise it was him until I read another comment here.

I remember that I enjoyed being a di** to the Captain by flying off the boat, forcing him to jump off... only to "jump" back on the boat. BUT, I'll still "hover" outside the boat so that the captain'll repeat his "stupidity"
