This is the 240th episode of Kingdom Hearts, "The Return of the Bugs".
The heroes investigate reports of microbots in the city, but unbeknownst to them, when they get there, they see a crazy form of what Fred calls Darkubes that they can't stop, no matter what they do. What they've really run into is a virus similar to the one that corrupted the datascape inside Jiminy Cricket's journal during the events of Coded that affected the data versions of Sora, Riku, and the worlds visited during KH1 (the majority of the second season) in the datascape inside the computer at the Disney Castle.
