Key_Of_Destiny47 for mushroom 8, many people's strategies are just fucking wrong. they don't work. I've tried literally all of the popular methods and it seems like you need to be incredibly lucky for any of them to work. I've tried berserk charge in wisdom, master, and final. I've tried berserk charge while using limits (comet, or trinity). Nothing works. with berserk charge in master, you will frequently miss an attack and then the mushroom drops like a rock with no chance of recovery. with limits, he ALWAYS gets knocked too far away when he's at like 60 hits. if you use the limits, they hit, but then it's impossible to get the last 10+ hits because he'll get knocked away again. The way I did it, and managed to get 99 hits with, is to NOT use berserk charge. You want wisdom forms' finisher. You spam Thundaga finisher(s) to get additional height at the beginning, and then spam away with the bullets. make sure you're a decent distance away too so the bullets have time to curve upwards. If you're too close, he will hit the ground during the few seconds where you can't shoot anything after the finisher. you may need at least 1 finishing plus this mushroom is still pure bullshit and I failed multiple times redoing my strategy, but this has the highest success rate for me. The other ones wouldn't work for me even though I spent way longer trying. The key with this strat, is the distance. too close, and you'll miss too many and he'll hit the ground. too far away, and it's very likely the game will turn off your lock-on. If this happens, try to quickly move closer and start shooting again after locking on while moving back again

Ausar0 yes it is completely luck based, at any point the mushroom can just slide just beneath you moving his hitbox just out of your reach. But I think the most efficient method to beating this mushroom is to use the comet strategy to keep it in the air. Just keep it low enough for your attacks to hit it and you should be fine. Its the most consistent method I've used so far.

Key_Of_Destiny47 I've tried the comet strat literally 10 times. every single time, I'm forced to use it at 60 hits, then, I get like one full combo in, and he launches again. can't use comet again because mp is on recharge.

Two completely different games. They are both awesome. KH2 has better story and made my adolescence but Skyrim is more entertaining. I would pick KH2 for memories and Skyrim for fun.

I've literally put hundreds of hours into Skyrim over the years. But since I started heavily playing more action-RPGs like Dark Souls 3, Nier Automata and Kingdom Hearts 2, I've found Skyrim to be too slow to keep my attention. Maybe I've just developed ADD :D

I beat it in 3 tries number VII is the most difficult to me, I still haven't beaten it.

He is not a waste of space. It annoys me when people calling him useless. He is nut super useful but useful.

+onesonicguy The strategies explained here for #8 aren't consistent. The best way to do it is to have berserk charge enabled, go into wisdom form, pluck the mushroom, spam thunder until your mp is drained then spam the attack button. Once your mp is recharged spam thunder again then spam attack.

that doesn't work either. At one point your MP will get too low to cast thundaga but not low enough to initiate Beserk, so when you hit thunder you just get the buzzer noise but you still have like 3 MP.

***** no, any spell can be cast regardless of how much mp is left. The buzzer noise is only ever initiated once mp recharge has begun

BigCoreGradiusXAnime I can say that using drive forms with the TBO keyblade doesn't automatically turn you anti-form, I think it just increases the chance so that you can get FINAL FORM easier

DM Darren TBO is a 50/50 chance for anti or final but no other forms are available

Oh dear, thanks for the reply but doesn´t that kind of defeat the purpose of a lvl 1 run? To keep the stats as low as possible, skipping some abilities and still being able to do everything? Welp guess Ima go farm Power boosts now thanks for the quick reply :)

BlizzROCKS&Plays It does defeat the purpose, that's why most people when they play LV1 only go for a Silver Crown (Data Org + Lingering Will) and just leave out Mushroom completion.

I took him on with Valor form, Ultima weapon & Rumbling Rose (with affiliated abilities). Went from 1:45 down to 0:38

me too. he keeps going invincible for me much more quickly than in this video. most of the time he's invincible after 1 or 2 hits before i even get off my finisher. sometimes he's vurnerable longer but i'm not sure what i'm doing differently.

Anti sora what you need to do is go wisdom form without berserk charge at the start empty lightning into it and then keep a respectable distance and shoot, i got it to 99 on like mt 5th try. The horizontal slash technique is super luck based compared to that one.

Christian Greene THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!! After three hours being stuck at 84 points (fuck my life), I tried your method. Still wasn’t easy until I found wich distance to keep with the mushroom and I also cornered him near the left entrance of the tower. Still depends a bit on luck but man feels good to get 99 once I could do it! I also kept berserk on for after the first round of lighting at the beginning as it has less chance of him falling as there is no end of combo. Anyways thank you! And good luck for the everyone else doing it! :)
