I'm with you about Noah not being as charismatic nor as good a fighter as Caesar. That final battle with him against Proximus was underwhelming to me cause he just called eagles in to win that fight. The story was really getting good when Noah found Mae and they later learn she can talk and think normal. What puts Mae in my 💩list is when she deliberately set off that flood to kill all the apes with Noa and his friends included. Her actions show that some people would not only kill others to survive, but to prioritizing her race even if it means killing other races. Some people would probably think it's a noble act, but to me, it's evil, foul, and cowardly. Proximus Caesar is a combination of Koba (Rise of Planet of Apes) and the Colonel (War for Planet of Apes), where Koba was attracted to weapons and human technology so he can wage war against humans and the Colonel who enslaved the apes in order to built machines for his own purpose. Not much to say about him actually. Now Raka reminds me a lot like Maurice in the last three films, an Orangutan with a Scholar personality and seeks knowledge and wisdom.
