Kingfish Adventure | Gawaine Blake's 1850 Stabicraft Fisher 

I have been surfing , hunting, skateboarding and fishing all my life, married for 34 years and have two great sons. The last two years I have been battling cancer and doing everything I can to beat it and get my life back. My boat has been sitting in the garage for two years but it is what keeps me going, I am looking forward to beating this disease and getting back on the water. I have been through two rounds of extensive chemo and currently recovering from my second lot of surgery, a counsellor came to talk to me before I left the hospital this time and one of the questions was have you ever felt suicidal ? I said mate I haven't been through hell and back so I can top myself, I'm fighting to live. Unfortunately others have everything to live for yet mentally they suffer from depression and feel they have nothing to live for .

08:11 Your Kingfish are called Yellowtail in California, USA, they behave the same here, if you keep a tight drag on hookup, they will swim straight for structure to rock you off but if you keep a loose drag and walk the dog, they will swim around on top like a tuna’s first run mostly, because some home guard Yellowtail aim for structure no matter how loose the drag at hookup and are only catchable with a spear gun.
