Below are some links to the hooks I like. I typically use a #6 treble hook when fishing with pogeys (menhaden) or ribbonfish. If by chance I am using Blue Runners or Goggle Eyes in a tournament I might go up to a #4 hook though.

Unfortunately I couldn't find a good link for the nose hook I like to use best. The link below is the same style but I would prefer it to be smaller and in black. Its the 3 barbs that really hold the hook in the bait. The hook model is 7109 and I would look for a #6 hook.

The are other hooks that are good to use for other smaller baits like Pogeys, Pilchards, and Cigar Minnows if you can't find the VMC hooks above or want a cheaper alternative.
