Before you get that F-150 take a look at the new Tundra's, I traded in my F-150 king ranch on a 6.5' bed Tundra, and I love it, it was also a lot cheaper even with all of the bells and whistles
I have a king quad 2016 750 and a 2023 500 king quad. The stock wheels on them are black powder coated aluminum. People mistake the stock stamped wheels as steel when indeed they are aluminum. Test them with a magnet.
Have you ever tried an aftermarket ECU reflash box like a DynoJet or Big Gun TFI? I know they're needed if you put on an aftermarket exhaust but with a stock exhaust would they make enough difference in fuel/air ratio to even notice it in your throttle response.
I have about 2600 on my 750 se. Just a battery swap is all ive had to do. I run the same size toes that are lighter than stock. I kept the good looking rims on mine. I dont to in deep water so im not worried about the cvt. I just casually rife mine so when my mounts go i eill order some lol. Mine is a 2019.
Sweet ride i would say there done there take the skid plate off engine will be sagged on right side ,I changed my 19 at 500 miles,as the engine sagging was already there
@@banshee100 how many mounts does the engine have? I have to take the whole plate off the bottom to check it? I used to flip cars that needed work. I've never worked on an atv before anything serious. I guess I need a repair manual for my KQ since the warranty is about to go. Lol
@banshee100 I know I was choosing between a Yamaha Kodiak or grizzly and the KQ. I got more bang for my buck on the KQ. Plus I noticed at durhamtown my buddy on his 2019 Yamaha his rear fenders allowed mid to fly all over him. That doesn't happen with mine. I get a tiny bit since my tires are wider than stock. Has plenty of power for me. I just casually cruise and it handles everything. I put a deposit on a 500 in black. I noticed the bronze 750 next to it had a little spider web crack on the paint. So they sold it to me at the same cost as the 500. Lol. So I have been pretty tickled with mine. The fenders got more cracks from branches and stuff and a couple of major ruts at iron mountain where I had to lean on the wall of mud lol.
Im torn between a kingquad or a bruteforce. I loved the low end torque and the power of the brute force. I have yet to try a kingquad. Im looking for one that will last the longest.
Any feedback on your engine mounts? I have a KQ 750. Highly Modified and always looking to improve. This is the first video I've seen about mounts. I understand the theory but does it cause more vibration felt by the rider?
It does not if you are Facebook guy there 2 forums on there and everybody will tell you I sell the best, close to 200 sets already sold never one issue ,if your interested I have 1 set left of this batch!my phone is 7066185333 if you want to get ahold of me faster
Husband is trying to decide between King Quad 500, 750 or Honda Rubicon. We don’t trail ride, just need a quad for around the farm, hunting, snow removal and some logging. Current quad is a Honda Rancher. Any suggestions?
I get that you didn’t have much luck with your grizzly but that happens to all brands always a lemon or two .. but I have had zero problems with both the grizzly’s I have owned they run flawlessly I now own a 22 model it’s been great .. I was torn between these two bikes and they are very similar .. my neighbour got the Kingquad so I have drove one many times here are my thoughts .. grizzly better power steering, better suspension , led lights , way better seat , better cvt intake placement , arched a arms , better stock tires ,looks better in my opinion .. all that said these two bikes are very similar in comparison . Fit finish goes to Suzuki , power goes to Suzuki but if that’s really important I would have kept my outlander 850 .. both great bikes can’t go wrong with either .. great vids buddy
Last year I decided to treat myself and get an atv for the first time. Doing lots of research I would have went with grizzly but kept coming across king quad and hard to find many bad things said about them. I was able to purchase a new 22 750 eps for 9900 OTD. To me I couldn’t see spending 2k+ more for the minimal difference. So far I’m loving the King Quad!
@@dougkassteen5093 these two atv are the closest you get in comparison in my opinion .. can’t go wrong with either . I prefer the suspension, powersteering , led lights arched an arms , softer seat , cvt intake location and looks of the grizzly better.. in my area the price diff is 1400 but you need to add tires to the king quad right away as stock are junk so there’s a lot of that savings .. I found it difficult to decide on these two machines but had a 03 grizzly years ago and my cousin is still beating the thing .. both great bikes and wouldn’t mind owning a Kingquad either .. best two atv on the market
@@dannymacdonnell251I agree I run with a new 700 kodiak and il tell ya the Kingquads are no tougher, both machines are equal for reliability in my eyes. Both were ridden just as hard. That kodiak is the first bike I’ve seen with over 6000 kms and never had any trouble with bushings or wheel bearings and it was ridden hard too lol. Tough machines can’t go wrong with either one in my book
What exactly did you do with the unifilter wadded up? You recommend doing that for real dusty areas, which I often ride and I want to take the proper precautions as you have.
i've always heard and read over many years that the KingQuad's without snorkel have a problem going in water, even water not that high bc the intake is low and the belt isnt sealed well. Is this true?
I’m fixing to buy the coop mod 3 and mine is the 2009 kingquad 750axi and I’m wanting the 16 gram rollers and 1mm shim anything else I need to address, heard you mention something about a spring in the older kingquad, thank Mr Nasty.
@@banshee100 that's what I put on my 2021 king quad, only because no one had any mud bugs in stock, I've had the executioners before and really didn't like them much, I actually had sticks cut and puncture them and they're heavy ( a lot heavier than mud bugs) they do pull okay, but seem to break traction where the mud bugs walk through without spinning
