Investors who aim to do Airbnb or short term rental should choose other projects instead of Kingswoodz, as simple as that.

Like I mentioned, treat it as a bonus instead of focusing it as the top 1 or top 2 preferred strategy. Nothing is guaranteed, it’s better to have as much rental strategy as possible, so that the risk can be lower.

你是指分房出租还是割房出租? 如果你是讲割房出租也就是那种加partition wall割更多房间出来的,KL区从去年开始已经不能做了😂

@@thecalvinleong 对,KL区不能做分房了, 有什么办法没?要加租金嘛...有些课程要付费是能分房KL区

@@Williamp33 Ok,我要先讲清楚啊,分房出租还是照样能做,只是割房出租不能做而已,两个不一样的概念。 它们两个的差别是比如你有一间3房公寓,你把单位里面原有的3间房间分别出租给个别的租客是OK的。这种叫分房出租。 那假如你是把3房公寓的客厅加partition wall变成4间房的话,这种就不行。因为这个就属于割房出租。 所以结论是你的房子要是在KL区的话,你就在长租,分房出租和Airbnb里面选一个不然就是你买KL区以外的房子😂
