The entire store is Billy Bob told the producers to introduce him as a band out of respect for his members and and not academy winner. The Q said sure we can do that. Well that was not the case. He was introduced as academy winner. Billy said he is fine talking about his acting. In a interview Billy said he acted the way he did to mess with them. They didn't keep their promise he was going to act as he did. There is always two sides to the story.
Billy Bob better have more of an explanation than it was early in the morning. He made an ass if himself with the original interview. He'll need to give a heartfelt apology before I have respect for him again.
Yes, he did but....if I recall Jian mentioned he was a friend of BB in a promo leading up to the interview AND I projected that Jian wanted to keep the topic alive. I could be wrong, but it simply felt like a "he said, he said" on the playground. That's all! I am a big fan of Jian and Q(listen most days) so it was simply my projection and observation. :)
HAHAH yessss, I loved that billy bob vid!, what a dick! Jian is the best; he handled that Billy Bob interview so gracefully and with such integrity; bravo! A master of his craft. You can really tell the difference between a pro and an amateur (case and point NPR's Brayant Park's interview with Sigur Ros) Jian, what a talent, he is truly a fine canadian, and I wish his show was in the states so i could hear him interview more US artists; Also Everyone should check out the NEIL interview, great!
There are plenty of talented people that have wrote, directed, and starred in movies before and since Billy Bob's Slingblade. WTH is this dude talking about?
Ummm Kenneth Branagh? This guy's making Billy Bob sound worse. Billy Bob didn't even have a big outburst. Billy Bob should kick this fools ass. As for QTV, the dude asked him a question he wanted to ask. Billy Bob's PR consultant was on vacation and he made himself look like a diva. This guy's got a big hat and no cattle.
@tybrady64 I would respect him more if he didn't apologize. At least then he would stand by being an asshole with conviction. I can respect that alot more than going on a talk show to make a public apology which would be for the benefit of his career and not out of sincerity. The only apology that could be sincere would be one that was off camera and thus we wouldn't get to see it.
Tom is one of the worst & so is Billy Bob. Tom ignored Billy’s simple introduction request for the interview. They ignored him. Idk anyone would appear on this or most programs. Would not be worth it to me.
