I must've caught a bad video, the sound was much better on this one! Another great video! All of these Kioti's look a lot more comfortable for me, since I'm a little taller, than the New Holland we just bought.
I'd love to see a similar video comparison on the CK 2610 vs the CK 3510. What does the difference in horse power buy you in the amount of, and type of work the machine will do? What sort of implements would the 3510 run that the 2610 wouldn't...etc. I'm currently shopping for a compact and am on the fence between the two models. Love your videos, keep them coming! Thanks!
Great question. I am not an engineer, but I have wondered that myself, which is why I think the HST Linked Pedal should be used when not working the tractor hard. I would run the machine at full RPM's when mowing, tilling, etc. I would use the linked pedal if I were just running around the property. Perhaps a Daedong/Kioti engineer will chime in.
Reading through your response I am not sure if you said the engines over 26hp are DPF or DOC ? Also would I save money if I picked up at your dealer or you delivered to 38135 zip
mace085, I know how ridiculous this must seem, but I must ask you, and everyone that is interested in pricing to email me. Kioti does not allow me to quote pricing on a public forum. Mike@LarrySellsTractors.com.
Steve Milam , Thank you for your questions. Kiotis are the tractor brand manufactured by the Korean company Daedong. Unlike most tractor brands, Kioti does not buy an engine from one company, a transmission from another. They don’t buy tractors and put their name on it to try to fool people (watch my New Holland Workmaster video). These machines are all Kioti. As to the Tier 4 emission question, all Kiotis between 35 and 73 HP burn off particulate matter as the machine operates. Unlike most competitors, this system in conjunction with our Common Rail Diesel Injection is frustration free. There is nothing more annoying than staring at your tractor while it performs a 40 minute re-gen. Kiotis are sold worldwide, and there are 400 dealers in North America
E. B. No, that is not what I was saying at all. If the operator continually runs the machine at too low of RPM, then the accumulated particulate matter will need to be burned off through re-gen. If operated properly, at recommend RPM’s this annoying process will not be needed.
@@LSE_TRACTOR What is the big friggin secret on the pricing of Kioti tractors? Just about every tractor manufacturer's website allows you to build and price a tractor that you're interested in. It's handy to get a ballpark idea of how much tractor you can afford or need before heading to the dealership. I currently have a Kubota B2650 with cab that I'm mostly happy with but am underwhelmed with its lifting capacity and totally hate the pedal issue you mentioned in the video. Whoever engineered that abortion should be flogged. I use mine mostly for snowblowing where you're going in reverse almost as much as forward and it's a royal pain in the leg.
