You can now swivel your fixed double passenger seat round to face the back of your campervan and instantly transform your living space with our Kiravans X82 (Vivaro / Trafic / Talento / NV300) Double Passenger Seat Swivel
The swivel mechanism is very different to normal single swivels. It uses a cunning slide and swivel approach so you will need to open the side door to allow the full range of movement. The seat is held securely in position while driving by 4 x specially engineered locking bolts.
Easy enough to install yourself at home in about 30 minutes!
Safety:
The Kiravans double seat swivel for these vans has passed seat belt anchorage safety tests conducted by STATUS (The Specialist Testing Facility at Manchester Met Uni) using a pull test on a specialist test rig to EC Directive 76/115/EEC as amended by 2005/41/EEC. You dismiss the seat belt tensioners saying you simply unplug them and plug them in again, but this a bad idea. This multi-plug/socket assembly is not designed for repeated use and will quickly wear and stop working. Plus it is easy to forget to unplug it, so it can be cut or damaged by the rotating seat. The correct way to do this is to install a good quality plus and socket which is designed for repeated use.

We fitted this to our Renault Trafic today. Your video made it much easier than it would have been. We tried for a while to cut the top hat off with a metal bladed hacksaw, but it would have taken ages. They were very well welded to the seat frame. In the end we used a metal bladed reciprocating saw and they come off much easier.

Just fitted mine the hardest part is sawing the spacers of but luckily, there are only two. I'm 6 foot also but my head is just about hitting the roof ,unless my necks longer :/

Hello Could i ask you a question? Do you know if it is possible to change the seats from other year. I have opel vivaro 2018, and i found a seat from opel vivaro 2010, is it possible? thanks for yor help.

Hi Thank you for your query. When it comes to changing the seats its best if possible to change them to an original seat as with some vans the fittings and positioning of the bolts can differ from one model to the next. This also applies to the swivels. Our swivels are dated to show which version of van seats they will work with and so with this one if you change your seat to the the 2010 version the swivel is likely not to work as this is designed to work with 2014+ seats. I hope this helps.
