Sweet Memes I like how in the ending cutscene Kirby falls down the stairs after being kissed by Ribbon, instead of helping him, King DeDeDe just stands there with a surprised expression, like he’s going, “Ding damn it, Kirby!” while Kirby tumbles down. Also, I like how the crystal replica necklace award doesn’t even fit Waddle Dee. Funny thing is, even though it didn’t fit Waddle Dee, it fit Kirby, so that means they had one custom fit for Kirby, but not Waddle Dee.

@@xipin5334 I like to think the anime is an alternate universe. The mushroom people are friendly and there is no dark matter ( and other differences, obviously). So atleast in the anime the Waddle Doo is basically just a Waddle Dee commander. Besides, in two kirby games you can make a Waddle Doo your ally, and I don't think dark matter can be removed from someone by recycling their ability or throwing a heart at them. Maybe they're being reborn, I dunno

My guess is that it was inappropriate (gore, whatever else) and so it got censored in the North American version. I suspect it's not in the Japanese version, though. North America has more strict laws than Japan.
