Hi ljvalentin80. We typically hire a professional model and film in a real home (not a studio). Occassionaly we have filmed in a home that is owned by the model, but not always.
A few loose hairs aren't a problem, but if you're seeing any bald spots, you should replace your duster brush to prevent scratches. You can purchase a new one from your local Kirby Distributor or by calling 1-800-437-7170. Happy dusting!
