Actually you just connect the closed end of the hose to the tank to stop the flow of solution I had a heritage 2 for many years

Good hack. Just subscribed I'm looking forward to some more videos. How long did the carpet take to dry after shampooing before you were able to vacuum the dirt? Thanks David

David Gee The carpet took no more than about 30-45 minutes. after vacuuming, it felt absolutely wonderful to the foot. For best results, if you have the tool, use the Miracle Head (Carpet Fluffer) after vacuuming to raise the carpet pile and give the whole carpet that "Freshly-Laid Carpet" look (and feel!) There is no comparison from there! Best regards, ~Tim
