So much nostalgia!! This was my first Kirby game! This game kept me coming back for more every day. I would play it every day after school. I took my time because I wanted to explore the different worlds, also, I just love everything about it! The different colored Kirbys are a plus as well!!

I feel the same. I didn't play it until 2018, though. I guess it's the overall cutesy Nintendo vibe/aesthetic that makes it feel that way, akin to other DS games like Yoshi's Island DS and Super Princess Peach, of which I did grow up with.

Ah the nostalgia is kicking in already. I still remember when I told my dad to get me this along with the DS lite. This was my first ever DS game, and I remember playing it cluelessly. Unfortunately my dumb young self threw it away at the mall weeks after getting the game. I bought a factory sealed one recently and plan to have it graded soon to keep it in my collection. The memories will never fade.

This game is quite special. Like, making you face Dedede as first boss, with his usual pattern when he is last boss, making him the hardest first boss in any kirby game. It also contain a Metaknight Duel which are usually quite something, being forced to use sword. But the final boss, the dark nebula, is the easiest last boss ever.

Kirby Squeek Squad is my favorite Kirby game, and watching it back now as an adult I can now really appreciate the environmental storytelling of the levels. The flow of the scenery and the continuity of the levels is really quite satisfying for me. It makes me feel like I'm actually on a contiguous journey and not just playing through a series of isolated levels

My take: If you ask me, Kirby is chaotic neutral. He made the mistake of assuming King DDD took his cake. So he busts thru his castle, clobbers the snot out of him before DDD even gets a minute of a word in. Rightfully so, DDD literally YEETS Kirby and squeak squad outta his castle and is never to be seen or bothered again. Kirby is still hell bent on finding his cake, not out of necessity but of pure spite. Eventually Meta Knights bumps into Kirby and tries to calm Kirby's kill mode but fails. And eventually Kirby accidentally unleashes an ancient evil God whilst still finding his cake but decides to kill the final boss not for the good of humanity or mercy of squeak squad.... but of pure leisure because he could, he would, he can, and he did. And we look on as Kirby reached his goal.... unleashing a rapture of fury for a slice of cake.

I suddenly remembered this game, but i had no clue what its name was. only the faint memory of cake. so, i looked up “all kirby games” and with a little bit of scrolling through, i had found one that looked familiar. now watching this very nostalgic playthrough, i decided i wanted to play it again. i searched through my satchel i had when i was about 7-8 and found many old nintendo games, but sadly no Kirby Squeak Squad. i really miss this , and i wish i could just make it appear in front of me. oh well :(

It's Amazing how the Art Design from Nightmare in Dreamland and Amazing Mirror looks Great! This was my First Kirby Game on the DS and i Enjoy it alot!
