Seems like a nice guy. The players like him too, when he is refereeing everybody it seems everybody is smiling on stage.

Great reply about fast versus slow throwers... I did some calling in Australian events and the slow throwers were excruciatingly painful...

Deffo agree with his opinion on giving it some for all 3 treble visits. Deffo makes him the best ref. George Noble has the best "typical dart referee" voice though.
