Washington had all their money tied up in Albert Haynesworth that they couldn’t afford Cousins. I remember they had to franchise Cousins 2 years in a row because they couldn’t come to a deal.

Please Kirk, prove yourself (again) in 2023 and get that extension. Prove these coaches who dont believe in you wrong. Kirk Cousins has 3 of the 5 best passing seasons in Vikings history. He has the best passer rating in Vikings history. He has the best completion % in Vikings history. He has the 3rd most yards in Vikings history. 2nd most yards per attempt. Most yards per game. Best TD and INT %. 3rd most TD's. He has a better win % than Tarkenton and Culpepper. He is HIM.

Have been a big Kirk supporter, but he's going to be remembered far more for his contracts than for his play on the field. And unfortunately for us vikes fans, I think he's perfectly fine with that. As we go through another offseason of cap casualties and not being a player in free agency, just so Kirk can check it down on 4th and 8 with the season on the line.

Name a quarterback right now the Vikings could go get that is Top 10 (more like top 7) quarterback that would have done any better this past year with the #30 defense in the league? If the had a half way decent O line and a mid level Defense....might have seen a playoff run. Quarter back is about 5% of the Vikings issue.

No shot he’s 10-40 against winning teams lol I never knew that. That just completely changed how I see him. This year without Thielen is gonna allow teams to double JJettas more often so we’re gonna see if he’s elite this year.
