Even though they had our number for a few years I was sad to see him leave the PAC 12. His PAC 12 mascot press conference a few years back was great. Going to miss the pirate. Godspeed Coach Leach.

He actually beat Oregon four years in a row, despite always having significantly less player talent than Oregon had/has. He nearly beat them six times in a row, but Oregon was able to pull out two close victories - they needed a bad call by the refs in one of them, and a last second field goal in the other game. Oregon then used money to lure away all of Leach's assistant coaches, when they should have used that money to hire Leach himself.

My dad almost passed 6 months ago from a massive heart attack. Luckily we found him as it was happening/knew CPR/ had great EMS, nurses and Dr’s. Anyways, now that I have time to reflect and how devastating just almost losing one’s father, or any parent is… I hope that despite losing him before the big holiday and obviously folks are gonna be down, I hope that they eventually know they were lucky enough to get him for every other holiday in the year. I’m sure with it being so soon it won’t be the case, as it’ll come later, but one can hope. Srry to hear about your father, brethren.

I got to meet him last year in spring 2021. I’m a student at state and I’m kinda of a big guy and I accidentally bumped into him at the school gym. He asked why a kid so big “ain’t playing no sports”. I told him I didn’t think I was in good enough shape atm. He told me to keep at it. Dude was even 2 times the character he was on tv. He will be missed

You based this on a sample size of two, one of which is 61 y/o man that seemed to have a poor diet and a job so stressful few of us comprehend? Stop trying to use the death of this American treasure as evidence of your misguided beliefs. People in their 60’s (and younger) have been dying of heart disease before the vaccines ever came along…..

His death is unrelated to any mandate. He has had continuing heart issues and having had pneumonia for a couple months weakened everything else. He was in poor shape in November and you could see it. No time for political posturing, no matter what you think about vaccines.

Nebraska fan and long time fan of Mike Leech. Most likely the shot. My best friend died of a heart attack days after his second injection at 34 yrs old. I tried to warn him that they might not be great but he was one of the first to get it so I didn't even know for sure they were bad yet. Rest in Peace Joe, Oct 1986- April 2021
