So, I noticed this hadn't been done before, but this song is just too cute for those two. :)

O_O That is quite possible the best use of this song ever. Dear god, the editing for that was amazing. Hilarious. You actually made the 2009 movie fit the song. Bones' casting cinched it. It get even better when you consider that Spock and Kirk have been more seriously cast as Shakespeare's lovers before. Try contrasting the plot of Amok Time, and imagine what might have happened had Bones not been able to revive Kirk and explain to Spock immediately.

From a straight male raised in a strict household where homosexuals were never tolerated, star trek was celebrated as the best thing ever, and who never likes this song when its played anywhere, thank you so much for this video it was very well done and very easily bought me to the point where if Kirk and Spock started getting being romantic with eachother in the next movie id be like "Cool!" lol thanks again and keep doing what you are doing!

I love that you put TOS and 2009 together. There's not enough of those. This was perfect! Story line and who the people were was clear. It was just beautiful! I giggled at how cute it was!

Wow, that was awesome! They way you fit the looks and the music, soo touching. My favourite is in 0:25 until 0:45. Thanks a lot for sharing this. I think they had some pretty good bromance scenes in the new movie. :-)

I’ve read a fic that is very loosely similar to the plot line/song plot of this amazing video a while ago. I’m going to go insane looking for it because damn it was good but I can’t remember which out of the hundreds of sites I read fanfiction in I read it on 😭 Fantastic job. I’m revisiting this fave. Can’t believe it’s been in my life for ten years ❤️❤️❤️

@Frozenheartgirl1 Thank you! Actually, Roddenberry said in some interview that he had intentionally designed the Kirk/Spock relationship to have "love overtones" and "deep love". You can read the full quote on the Kirk/Spock article on wikipedia. Thank you for your comment, and spread the word that love knows no gender. :)

I absolutely love this video! I love how you incorporated both TOS and XI!! It really struck the right tone for their love and showed how it lasted over the years =D I also loved the feels at the end, it was so happy! and adorable! gah! A* to your editing your amazing! OMG you reached my heart with this , Spirk is my current obssesion and combined with this, Love Story was the first song of Taylor that i heard so is very special for me cuz´ i love her and this ship after seeing the movies you had encouraged me even most to see TOS thank you for the brilliant sweet idea! Hey Luka, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your comment. I was a teenager when I made this video and had kind of forgotten about it. Your comment took me back to those days of sitting in the basement on the family computer and just burning with passion for my video project.
