pretty sure they just started that since Deeks became an official NCIS Special Investigator 😂😂 that Grisha/Martin bit had me crying watching the preview
It didn't sound as smooth coming out of Callen's mouth. He is clearly going with whatever flow Deeks is trying with the first name thing. Even Kensi found that exchange strange.
Kilbride IS supportive ..... his support just comes with grump. lol flash back to his FIRST episode with OSP ... he was literally sent out there to disband the office. flat out told Callen that. but he (obviously) didn't ... because, as he has said more than once, the office gets results. often in cases that frankly are lose/lose scenarios. he's evaluated the team and while they are WAY modern for his liking, and he's been around long enough to say just about whatever he wants (lol), he truly believes in all of them. if he didn't believe in Nell ... Nell would have known it. Like Callen told her ... she had been acting Operations Manager for six months, and she DID have a decision to make. and, frankly, she DID need to make it ... cuz the OSP did need a full-time Operations Manager. but, Nell decided to go off with Eric ... which I bet Hetty knew WOULD happen all along. as far as what Kilbride said to Callen in this episode ... those storm clouds are coming. he's not lying about that, either. again ... his methods come off as they do ... but it doesn't mean he's wrong.
Now they need to find someone else to be in Ops. There have been some good people who have filled in occasionally. Would be interesting to see Nells sister Sydney. Or there was another woman who had just become an agent who helped Eric. She was efficient. Cant remember her name right now
@@patriciabrandt2883 most likely, Fatima will spend more time running Ops cuz she's very good at keeping it (electronically) clean. Hetty and Kilbride will be in their offices primarily (Covid rules).
