Well said! I share the same sentiments. We've been looking for a new hero of track and field ever since Usain Bolt retired and Kishane now has come and filled that void. He's now the pride and joy of our nation Jamaica. Our great hope, and you know the saying "Heavy is the head that wears the crown". With Kishane's humble demeanor, humility and quite confidence there's no better person to were the crown. I sure he's honored and welcome the privilege.
I'm not rushing anything....it will all happen gradually while I'm patiently waiting. I'm just excited to see how he will evolve in the year's to come.@@privategirl2

Kishane won't leave any doubt next time but I do see opportunity for us in other olympic sports, I think we would do well in rowing, archery and cycling to add onto the short distance track disciplines, the only reason we don't see that far ahead is because the JAAA,JOA don't support or fund the expansion. I still cannot understand why they didn't introduce Bolt to long jump! Well I know why, it's just sad that we didn't get to see it. Kishane has a bright future ahead and the world at his feet! 🔥
If Jamaica really wanted to return to whatever glory, remove your unrealistic expectations off the kid and let him grow and learn. Let him rise and fall.

@@kc5466 Exactly! I was taken back by the comment. Usain retired in 2017. Italy won the 2020 gold over the USA. Jamaicans men hasn't hit the Olympics podium since Usain. I'm guessing the jealousy towards Jamaicans is that strong that America is only focused on beating them, just like with Russia and China.
