Having keshane and fred up there and not asking them a single question is really disrespectful, these athletes have shown nothing but humility and pride towards the olympics.
It’s stupid for the media to have the other keshane and Fred and not bother asking questions. Congrats to all of them, to everyone who made the finals and to everyone who went to the Olympics!
Please.. his performance was subpar at best considering that this is actually the very first full race that he ran this year‼But something is extremely suspect about the MASSIVE amount of time it took before getting those guys into the blocks for that race‼ It certainly wasn't to the benefit of the still very inexperience Kishane that's for sure😒🤐‼🤨
@@DOLEWDREW subpar?? Who are you usain bolt?? lol who are you to say it was subpar lol. that was his 2nd fastest time ever as far as I can tell. Experiencing delays is part of being an elite athlete. Kishane ran a very good race. Clean your dorito fingers off before you start throwing out critiques and giving the internet your "expertise".
@@phantom498 YES SUBPAR ! This is first 100m race of the year that Kishane had to fully run and he very much loss form in the about the last 20m under pressure! He can share blame with his coach for that but KISHANE BEAT KISHANE ! Know Lies enjoy your LUCKY 0.005s victory. I am pretty sure it won't ever happen again 😏
@@minavamp2811 not religion. Spirituality. And they were all asked questions in the very beginning but Fred and Thompson are both just introverted and aren't saying anything. So talk to the person that actually wants to respond. You would do the same.
I agree! That literally could’ve been anyone’s race and the barely talked to the other two guys! Congrats to all 3 of them for giving us that amazing showdown 🇺🇸
*As Media, the respectful thing to do is ask a question to ALL medal winners. Instead of asking Noah the same question over and over just different wording. Especially because Noah had individual media directly after this*
Had never seen Kishane before this race. When I first saw him I thought that he belonged on a football field. A man that big running a 9.79 is crazy. Can't wait to see more races from him.
Jamaican here🇯🇲🇯🇲congratulations Noah, Kishane and Fred. Really proud of you Kishsne you did well and you’re a winner always🇯🇲🇯🇲❤️❤️❤️❤️love you too Noah no matter what people say.
Kishane, at just 23, is likely to keep improving his speed. Lyles is currently at his peak, but I believe that after this Olympic, Kishane will increasingly dominate the 100m in numerous competitions, setting even more incredible records.
He literally crossed the line before Noah with feet. Running is done with feet and legs. These rules are not right. Hands i could understand but not leg strides
@@BK_2016sr5 dude you need to learn the rules of Track. Torso has to cross first, not foot, fingers, heat or whatever else body part you could think up to justify your guy winning.
@@itzcj13 Yes, because he leaned forward. If it wasn’t based on “dipping”. He wouldn’t have won. You shouldn’t have to rely on tricks. Kishane was upright and was literally ahead of Noah
the first question was to all of them. Kishane and Fred refused to answer. The media asked a question about religion and Faith. Both kishane and Fred verbally REFUSED to answer. Fred kerkey is sitting there on his iPhone the entire time.
@@EG0909Lol they have to make up for all of the disrespect to Noah this season. Btw I guarantee you nor anybody else has ever said to ask the losers better yet, Usain Bolts competitors questions after he won.
They are asking open ended questions to all of them but Noah is the only one willing to talk. He is simply more open in terms of his personality. The other two are more reserved. Several times Kishane and Kerly had opportunities to speak and they either said they were good or said nothing at all.
@@TLR1988lol are you joking? the dissing was by noah to everyone with his big mouth. you on some crack if you think fred and kishane said something wrong...just because noah won does not mean you just rewrite history.
This is why no one wants to do press conferences… it’s a slap in the face to Fred and Kishane to be there just for a first row seat to another Noah Lyles press conference. Shout out to Anderson for at least trying to engage Kishane, and to CITIUS for bringing us the stream.
Fred gives me jokes I love how he is, this is me in meetings when I know questions aren’t being targeted at me. Love Fred just doing his own thing! 😂😂😂😂
@clashaddicts7796 listen a medal is a medal. I’d be up there grinning and know that I’m coming for gold next time. He was knocked out the year before. The way I see it 1000th of seconds difference between them. He’s as good as Kishane and Noah.
@@agumonplayzz2490 he's a doping cheat just like the rest of the Jamaican men and women sprinters. Shelly Ann Fraser Pryce running near gold medal winning times as a 37 year old = persistent doper. 🙂
@@theone6189 Yes, Jamaicans were. Noah and Kishane had same fast time but Noah won by dipping as he said. Kishane with no international experience I mean wow with a Silver and same time as Noah. Can’t wait for next year World Championship 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
@@N17-o2r Kishane did cross the finish line first and they have the exact same time of 9.79, so either they both get gold or they run a tie break race. The U.S stole our gold medal and Jamaica should appeal this.
@@Sspicegirl25 but he didn’t did he otherwise Kishane and the Jamaican team would have appealed and he would have got a gold. You guys are too funny. So much salt you could season old McDonald’s farm lmfao
Congrats to Mr Kishane Thompson, JA's new sprint champion. He did extremely well, this being his first real major international outing. He will learn and improve from this, he's got the goods and Frano will hone him.
No matter where in this world we go, we are Jamaicans. Congratulations, Thompson hard work and determination does it and The best are yet to come 💪 proud a we little island 🏝
Congratulations to 🇯🇲 ! I’m 🖤🇺🇸 and I feel the same way; no matter where we our little ethnicity travel we gone stand on business until we get back in blood(line).
I think that was the intention but probably is all the journalists in the room only get 1 questions, no ones gonna be the guy to waste their question on the loser unless they think itll get clicks for whatever sports news network their with , Noah is a star , of course all questions are gonna be for him
@Angel4298G good perspective...they may need to do a separate one for him then...bc those men worked hard and should have gotten a balance press conference interview...in some way it was disrespectful and dismissive...
Credit to Noah for trying to build up the sport into a must watch. It's a must watch sport and these guys need to eat every year... not just the Olympics and world champs.
I'm so glad to see Fred back in the mix, he's really been missed. Well done to all the guys the race lived up to all the hype everyone showed up and we as fans couldn't ask for more.
This was probably the best men's 100m Olympic final in history. All 8 competitors broke the 10 second barrier for the first time in history and it ended in a thrilling photo finish for the victory.
@@Renee.Samuels88 Bro, no one is saying that anyone's faster than Usain Bolt. We're saying that this is best 100m Olympic final because of how close and fast everyone in the race was. If Oblique didn't ease up after the end, every runner would've run sub 9.9, which is insane.
@@Renee.Samuels88 I've been watching this sport for more than 30 years and I completely agree that it's on that level. I will respect your opinion as well, because it's certainly worth arguing. The closeness of this Olympic final's is what makes it so special.
2012 Olympics they did as well minus Powell that was injured during the race. Had he finished they all ran 9.9 under with Bolt setting the OR 9.63 .. 9.7 Blake and 9.79 (coincidentally) Gatlin. Gay and Bailey in the 9.8s etc. that was by far the best 100M in history. Sorry.
Congratulations to everyone in the final, and to the medalists. Amazing to watch the 100m race this year. Thanks for giving your all and showing how high the talent and hard work level of the group was at the end. Just hoped the media also asked questions direct to the silver and bronze medalists too. They are both insanely amazing and incredible sprinters as well to podium in such a group.
Big up yuhself Kishane, that race was one of the biggest WOW in history, glad you see it as a learning experience, I'll stand corrected but to the naked eye it was a tie, not a defeat.....big achievement for Kishane as the new kid on the block....congratulations to all of the competitors, really hard work to get to the finals.... you were among the best of the best....1❤..BTW love your humility Kish!
It was a tie, ask Noah how much he won by, he can’t say 0.00000004 seconds that’s not statistically significant, if the Jamaican had come in with that the Americans would have rightly say it was a tie.
Brother from New York. Congratulations Noah, great run Kishane and Fred. Love seeing the Diaspora showing respect and love towards each other. More to come from these three.
Congratulations to Kishane from Barbados 🇧🇧. Well done young man, you are where you are supposed to be. Peaking at the right time, a dark ninja moving in. Next 4 years, it will be you.
As a Jamaican I would like to say congratulations to all three winners. You'll did great, nuff Respect guys. Apart from that, I find this press interview very onesided...
